I am a beginner and you never discourage me and that's saying something. You are down to earth and you never cop that superior attitude some instructors take. Alright sir! I can now put a couple more skills in my toolbox. Best Wishes and Good Health, Va. Cork
Thanks allot I don't do this to show how good I am. I do it because I like teaching. The more people that get good instruction the better it is for the sport. Hope i can keep you as a loyal viewer.

I started trying a few years ago and learned everything I know from Jim! Excellent videos very informative and easy to follow along!
I use Sally Hanson Hard as Nails fingernail polish instead of cement. Easier to use and holds well.
I use the same. Without re-watching this video, I'm not sure what I used here. Thanks for your input.
Does the head cement, once dried, make that collar crusty, and harden the feathers that seemed dabbed? Is that no big deal?
No they won't get hard the little that gets on them is minor. Thanks for the comment.
Good looking fly! Definitely going to make a few and try out! Thanks
This worked great on the trout also.
thanks Jim, niceky tyed fky
You bet
Tied a few of these today. Great small fly that has a lot of fish-attracting attributes. Can't wait to use them on the water!
Have fun! I used these to catch trout too
Great fly. Absolutely tying it for bluegill
Good luck!
Grate video Jim. I will add that one to my list 👍🏻
Please do! Anything with dangling rubber works good for bluegills.
Another super tie Jim. Thank you for the upload dude.
Any time!
Nice looking fly, good job of tying. I'm going to add that to my fly box!
