Many of the varieties shown here are also not easily available in local market in Ahmedabad and available only at specific stores.

Yes, when I started research for this video, I found myself helpless and really felt that, we know very little about the rice we eat... Though I found it very difficult to collect info of rice types shown here... Though it is very less information at the end. Yes, you are right, some tyoes of rice are found at some locations only...
