    Very true, I lived there for years.
    Don't forget, work of any kind is forbidden on Sunday. I had a Swiss woman threaten to complain to the police when I changed a tire on my car, may God forgive me, on a Sunday!

    As someone married to a swiss man, don't forget doing stuffs on legal holidays too, like using the common wash area, having general cleaning, loud music to name a few are grave sins. Sundays and holidays are sacred to them. Also, don't knock/ring on your neighbor or call swiss people on the phone after 10PM, they will not be happy unless it's an emergency.

      Let me set a few things straight.
      1. Nazigeld/Nazigold
      We actually don't care which tyrants are stashing their dough in our banks. Money talks and it talks Swiss.
      2. Verdingkinder
      I have talked to a former Verdingbub. An old white man who actually was a child slave himself. Take that you whining woke blm snow flakes!
      3. Eating cats and dogs
      Back in the day it was our diet, today it's luxury watches. The chinese will copy just about anything from us. And copying is the highest form of praise.

      @Slithermotion 3 года назад +4

      That's...Stupid.
      The swiss confederation was "founded" in 1291 AD.
      The term swiss didn't even exsist in 58 BC.
      If you are refering to the helvetic tribes, yes. Most Celtic tribes mixed if latin or germanic tribes.
      Btw. the lombards migrated from the north of europe and were germanic they also replaced celtic tribes in the northern part of italy.
      The people of ticino/grischun are not oppressed in any way they have the same right as every other swiss.
      Italian is a national language and they have as all other cantons massive autonomy. Much more then most regions in europe.

    Remind them that the reason they are rich is not because they are such great people with everything figured out, who work harder than everyone else - it's because they deal in dirty money with no questions asked.
