I hereby nominate Ryan as KING TOY NERD! This guy is a walking talking toy encyclopedia...I'd absolutely love to work at TF or just be able to hang out. I can only imagine the knowledge you'd pick up from this guy just by hanging out talking toys! I love this channel!!!!
I was never a Joe guy, star wars was my thing as a kid. Although I DID have some Joes. Regardless, I could literally watch a 24 hour stream of you guys, this channel rocks. Thanks as always guys!
As a kid I was really into the early 90s Gi Joes. My parents bought me the Armor Bot while on a trip to Canada. I was surprised to see all the stickers were Canadian variants. I thought it was cool to have the Canadian Armor bot.
I still have my Blue Thunder with its box and pilot. Got it in 1985 at TRU. Near perfect condition, except one of the gun barrel tips broke off. It's in storage at the moment.
Awesome Video! Great to see my Blue Thunder again. If I find the other side of the Broken exhaust, i'll bring it to ya. My parents kept everything. So much stuff to still go through.
I love the foreshadowing of the card box. I legit that 10 second shot was just of him being a happy nerd with his cards, and I fucking loved it lol. That kind of quick shot has been done before. I love when this guy rolls in with a piece, macho man looking guy with the con badge. The least nerd looking toy guy ever rofl, he seems like the guy who used to beat you up for your toys 😂 Ad always these videos are too damn short. Keep up the good work guys, love the content! I have a feeling most of us would just be fine with hours of just going through collections. Great editing!
I can confirm that there was an "in between" version of Roadblock. It was the "recalled" figure paint job with the same weapon sprue as the neon/blue version.
Goo Gone is great for refinishing drums too. It doesnt seem to take off the ink on the stickers for me. I made the mistake of rubbing alcohol on stickers and that wiped right off.
Love it. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge. I notice you guys get down on the floor a lot to do all the sorting which is such a kid thing to do and that makes it all the more fun.
Thanks for the tip on cleaning up the stickers, awesome. I got 2 star dusters. 1 is still in the bag sealed black visor, silver weapon file card. He came with the green figure holder.
My own father...65 now...Made a life of living under the roof of his frail ailing mother and once she passed away he turned her room into the toy room... 💥
The hoist swung like a pendulum above the city. It sped against the side of the building. It had passed the line where the masonry ended behind her. There was nothing behind her now but steel ligaments and space. She felt the height pressing against her eardrums. The sun filled her eyes. The air beat against her raised chin. She saw him standing above her, on the top platform. He waved to her. The line of the ocean cut the sky. The ocean mounted as the city descended. She passed the pinnacles of bank buildings. She passed the crowns of courthouses. She rose above the spires of churches. Then there was only the ocean and the sky and the figure of Howard Roark.
Great video! I recently got Starduster v1a, v1b, & v1c... I only have Steel Brigade v1b so got my work cut out for 2024. I truly enjoy your videos so please keep them coming!
That made my day👊.. heading to NC area from South FL in May gonna try and stop by the store ….. hopefully I can get some celebrity pics with the TF crew
Damn just seeing that OP hurts my heart that I did not keep most of my toys from childhood. I remember riding in the car opening that very same toy from Wal-Mart. I was a spoiled brat and got a transformer or expensive toy every time I went to the store(my grandma spoiled me too much and help raise me). I always wanted Soundwave but never saw it for sale, I had all the cassette cat transformers. Thanks for memories TF!!
i love your videos :) can you guys please show some "holy-grails" of your personal collection and other rare items from your store... like the western/cowboy figures from couple episodes ago? greetings from germany
It all makes sense now lol Ryan has been hoarding the Gi Joe file cards 🤣🤣 now we know your secret! I do the same lol. All of the Joes I have in my collection are complete and I get the file card for them as well even if it means having to order it from FeeBay. I've gotten a few in my collection from you guys. Great episode as always.
Why are people selling the items at way below pricing?... 2024 is going to be a very slow economy and this guys might get stuck with alot of their cash stuck in inventory
I know it's not the purpose of the channel, but would love to hear your all's knowledge about fake G1. I sold a Dinobot that got returned, because the buyer thought it was a fake. It even had a Hasbro stamp, but apparently some of the fakes do to.
Seriously love watching this every weekend. I collect video games and toys and I’m not sure why but the toy community is much more loving and kind then the video game world.

You can get a folding table to put in the middle of the room, and then move it out of the way when you are done.
Not enough space on a table

Lighter fluid works the best for cleaning sticky residue.
It can fade the color, 91% Isopropyl alcohol is gentler. Goof Off is cheap and a safer alternative.
