It's a great idea to use the lineman rope for going up and down the tree. That way, you are always connected even when setting your teather. Good video, though thanks for sharing.

Very true. Especially when setting the platform up it’s smart to locked in not to mention it’s easier to have two hands for that

How do you pack those sticks with the platform?

I do 2 sets of 2 on the sides of the platform. Hard to explain maybe I’ll do a video on that breakdown in more detail

How do u like the invader vs edge

Invader is definitely lighter and seems to bite the tree better, but the edge is still a quality platform if you want to save a few bucks!

I wouldn't say it sucked, it was just inconvenient as a traditional saddle because of how bulky it was having the treestand harness part also.
