Not a problem if you don't have dogs and children in the back seat a lot.. It's not mentioned in the owners manual that came with my 2017 Camry Hybrid. There is an easy to vacuum air intake filter on some model years of Camry Hybrids. My 2017 has a an easy to vacuum filter under the drives side rear back seat. the isms very good vid on RUclips on how to slide out the rear seat and get at the air inlet tube to clean the filter ==>. ruclips.net/video/JIyUIGVAvBE/видео.html Takes about 20 minutes. Need a 12mm socket to remove/replace two bolts
Cleaning the blower fan shown in the vid means they had a couple if dogs in and out of the back seat along with children for several years. The air intake was also in the back near the floor and they did not vacuum it very ofter to get the door hair out. Depend on what year the Toyota Hybrid model is as to where the air intake for the battery is located.. Some have a grill and a EZ to remove and clean filter behind it. I have the 2017 Hybrid and this vid shows how to vacuum the filter. ==> ruclips.net/video/JIyUIGVAvBE/видео.html I have checked mine twice in 8-yrs and the blower fan looks like the day I bought the car. Don't have dogs or Children. So far not one problem with the car. So California
That’s interesting. I didn’t know this hybrid had such a cooling system.

Thank for you video
Good work ✔️
This looks simpler than some other videos that show removal of package shelf and other parts.
The filter needs to be checked every ten thousand miles. I cannot imagine Toyota would require all these steps just to remove a filter. Wow.

I charge $35 AUD for this job. Not sure about other places.
Great work! Is that the original battery? At 272k km that would be amazing.
Yes. If serviced properly and on time these batteries do last a long time! 🙂
❤ Not bad fr original battery 😊. Hope it could go to 400k.
Well done, Sir. How many miles does this vehicle have.
