Hey, @DWOODMUA I WANNA SAY THANK YOU,I MADE A VIDEO DOING WHAT U DID AND I ADD UR PIX TO THANKS U..ON MY FACEBOOK AND TIC TOC..I DID IT LASTNIGHT AND FINISHED THIS MORNING...
@@DWOODMUA Girl. You're hair is too precious to be leaving that bleach on for a WHOLE. HOUR. And THEN came RIGHT. BACK. And did it AGAIN. THE NEXT MORNING⁉️⁉️ It won't even get any lighter after the 45 min mark so it's just staying there to cause further damage at any point past that. I can't believe you still had your HAIR after that. You must've had a really good bond mixed in but don't DO that. Omg. Oh?? My god.
@@DWOODMUA I just bleached my hair twice today with Blue oil bleach and 30 volume. Then, I toned it with 10 volume. It's too dark. Can I bleach again in a week with the Blue powder bleach?
I did too girl. I haven't even seen the video yet. I saw your comment first and subbed immediately and now I'm watching the video. Real talk! Grocery bag was enough for me. Lemme light this blunt and binge watch a couple vids.
The plastic cap is to help keep the heat in. The bleach works better with heat.... if it's a cold day, try another time! Anything will work, even plastic wrap, as long as you keep the heat in. This only works with short hair.... longer hair (further from scalp heat) will stay brassy and yellow, and will need a separate application of bleach. Get professional help for this!
YES! Yes. I've been doing hair 40 years now and I've learned, toners processed w/ developer break your hair off at this stage. If you're going for platinum, you gotta tone w/ purple shampoo. I used Shimmer Lights for yeeeears but now I use the Oleplex purple shampoo. 💜 Excellent job! Looks PERFECT!
@sshorty_sslugga Well? If the titanium has 2 parts, a color mixed w/ a developer, I wouldn't use the purple shampoo bcuz the toner will strip the shampoo out anyway. The shampoo works like blueberries in a sink; same goes for pigmented conditioners. But an actual toner is more like using dye to color your clothes. It lasts longer, but it's harsher on ur hair.
@Abdulwahabaliyu-i2k I use Pravana 9 level lifting lightener (or powder bleach) w/ 40vol developer. You can get it at Cosmo Prof but u gotta have a license or they'll chase you out the door. I'm sure they bootleg it online somewhere for a crazy marked up price, though. The powder's white, which I prefer over blue bcuz I can see the true amount of lift I've got. There's no timing it, it's done when it's done so, u gotta watch to see the right amount of lift. My hair's naturally dark, so I use 40vol to lighten it up, all in one go. Once my natural color lightens to the color of a peeled banana, I wash the bleach out DELLLLICATELY (u must shampoo twice; i dont use purple shampoo for this part). I don't use a conditioner until the very end. Next, I apply about ¼ cup of purple shampoo on to slightly damp hair (leave it on 15 minutes + or - )... and giiiiirl, my hair comes out WHITE... like whitey-white! My profile pic says it all. What do YOU use?

As a licensed cosmetology I can say You did ok girl 👏🏾 but no cap (or heat is necessary for the ones think that they should sit under a dryer 🚫🚫🚫🚫) Bcus your scalp produces it’s own heat unless you’re trying to make it process faster but it’s already OXidizing so long story short you’re suppose to wait 2 weeks especially since you’re using 30 and up volume developer which is hydrogen peroxide so bleaching your hair before 2 weeks when natural yes it will bleach your hair but it will act as an relaxer (which it’s already softening your cuticles) so it will straighten your hair as well as possibly fry your hair (which then your hair is now chemically damaged when it goes from natural to relax when using a chemical lightener) especially if you’re relaxed already then it may melt on off so no you can’t do a chemical on top of another chemical within 1 2 3 4 5+ days wait your time (2 weeks) and processing time is most definitely not an hour but good luck to you all who try this some may come out 🍀 also never shampoo or scrub the scalp before a bleaching service just base your scalp and perimeter

New subbie here!☺️ I recently bleached my hair for the 1st time & have SO many questions. 1st off, thank you for sharing your process…I’m trying to absorb as much content as I can on hair bleaching. Ok…now come the questions: 1. How often do you bleach your hair? 2. Do you use Olaplex products? 3. How often do you deep condition? Thanks, again for sharing your hair journey with us AND I’m getting up on my makeup game thanks to you! 5k subbies, here you come!☺️
Hey hey! Thank you for subscribing🤍 Believe it or not I don’t really do anything to my hair lol. I don’t deep condition because I truly don’t see the point because I cut my hair back low about once every 5 weeks. I’ve never tried olaplex because I’m cheap😂
It all depends on what kind of hair YOU have. It may require deep conditioning prior to bleaching, and after, or other products. An assessment should be done by a professional, unless you already know what you are doing! For the first time, consider having a good professional do it for you....
@@angeicabrown9089 I used Salon Care Prism Lites Blue (but recently switched to Violet), 30 Developer (recently began using 20), and Aveda’s Blonde Revival Purple Toning Conditioner. I sometimes use Olaplex No. 0, 3, and 8, but sometimes make my own deep conditioner & add in the protein treatment made by Green Beauty Products. For styling, I use aloe vera juice, my homemade conditioner, The Doux Big Poppa Styling Gel (sometimes I apply TGIN Honey Whip Hydrating Mousse before the gel), and The Doux Swag Goo Edge Control Gel. Hope this helps.☺️
Cute and also so stunning! Just a striking look all around and hip af!!! Love this ❤ As a mixed hapa gal looking for inspiration, thank you sweetheart!!

For your first time, it may be of benefit to have it done by a professional. Until you know more.

Hi dear. You do a good job. Your hair was all natural in the start but looks relaxed at the end; does the bleach relax your hair?
Thanks dear
I appreciate you so ! My family and friends kind of doubted I could do it myself did everything the same and love my hair ❤
I just found you after a Google search for bleaching natural black hair! Thank you for sharing this video!! I followed your tips and honey, I ain’t never going back! ❤ I am going to purchase some really good shampoo and conditioner for her (my hair 😂) and oils specifically for blonde/platinum to make her shine! I can’t thank you enough! ❤
I’m glad I could help!! Welcome!!!!🤍🤍
Girl- this looks fabulous. I do the baglady thing too. I have no gotten my hair that white and I gotta be honest I am jealous. So beautiful! I also love the purple shampoo toner idea as well. Thanks for the insight.
Although you looked good pre-platinum but I know we all have those looks we find too much 😜
Gorgeous. Thank you. Looks natural even a little longer like you have now. Always the barber to buzz you again. Thank you for the tutorial
Love so much this color on her. Wow! What a transformation! ❤
Is it the chemical that makes your hair look relax? Or did you relax it?😮
I always love these videos so much! I need to try the quick blue bleach. I use blonde brilliance, bleach twice, and use an ion toner to get to platinum. 💕💕
😊 thank you!! I’ve been wanting to try blonde brilliance
The people from Goodtimes are beautiful! Afros will always be unmatched.
Thank you so much DWood - I copied your method and I’m very pleased with the look! XX
Thank you for sharing. This is so beautiful and inspiring!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
So you did the process twice queen I love this on you
Thank you so much! Yes, I process twice
Did you use the same type of bleach for both applications or did you use two different types of bleach, thank you!
Queen this turned out beautifully... wish I had seen this video 2 weeks ago...when I bleached my beard to dye it white I bleached it...then used 5he shwartzopoft metallic silver dye and it turned my hair blue so I shaved my beard...I'm letting it regrow...my color is salt and pepper but I wanted just a little more white...I'm going to try this in 2 months....you look stunning and love the color when done...it seems like the bleach takes out th3 curls am I right?
Thank you! You made this look easy. I'm going to try it.
You are so GORGEOUS 🔥🔥🔥 love the color on you and your complexion ❤️
Oh thank you🥰🥰
Love the hair and the video. It's very cool. Do you mind confirming the names of the products used
I’m definitely trying this on myself to save some coins. Thank you for the tip from a hairstylist to a none hairstylist lol
No problem 😊😊
Thank you for this gonna try it this weekend for my birthday look
🔥🔥🔥 as usual. When would you retouch your hair? I’m white blonde as well and will retouch soon as I see black coming in. If you could please do a retouch video that would help me. Your hair looked like a newborn baby hair but blonde lol.
Lol that baby placenta perm😂. I never really “retouch” my hair. I just rock the grown out roots for about a month and then I cut it all off and start over lol. The one time I tried to retouch my hair, it ended up in the sink 😂
Thank you so much for this video, I have been looking for you for days❤
Daaang your hair grew a pretty decent length fast. Okaaaay girl!! 😍🤍🤍🤍😍
It seems like FOREVER!!!
You make it so simple I’m doing it tonight ❤
“ it’s crazy , literally Bonkers” I subscribed right after that 😂💀❤️
Lmao litralee 😂 welcome :)
This is exactly what I needed to see. I just cut and bleach my hair with the same powder that you used the only difference was I used a ash blond toner which made look darker than what I was going for and I got star this process all over again 😭😶🌫️ but it’s alright though “ Live & Learn “ Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise 🤍💛🤍✨
You got down queen. That looks good.do tha thang thang girl, you rocked that👍👍👍🙏🥳🥳🥳
and it comes out fire every timeeee
🥹😂 thank you!!
I loved the outcome
This looks so amazing with your skin I love it ❤
Hi, did you use the same bleach you used in the first time to change your hair from black to blonde to achieve the platinum blonde?
I love how you did your hair it looks so beautiful on you🤍🔥🔥🔥That platinum is my favorite color
Her personality alone got me to subscribe 😂😂i love her already...her hair looks amazing! Im definitely ab to cut my hair off all over again bc of this video!
Your makeup is perfect❤ great job❤
I noticed that after the second bleach process your hair was completely straight. How did this happen ? Did you put relaxer in your hair ?
The bleach sort of makes it straight. Bleach changers the texture most definitely 😍
The bleach straightens my hair a ton. I’m not sure why it does that but it helps me be able to lay my hair flat
I subscribed because of your personality and helping get this blonde hair together❤️
You definitely have a beautiful soul. Thank you my sister. Keep them videos coming❤️❤️❤️
Love it! Can’t wait for the styling video! ❤️
I seen this and you just blessed me. Queen u look gorgeous and I'm going from black brown n grey streaks ready to go full white. Thank you for the process.
Demi's "Mommy!" is everything lol
Too cute
It’s the shimmer light for me 🫡
How do you get your hair to lay down like that? What products do you use?
It’s the length of time she’s leaving it on that straightens it
@@angelajammer4759 umm huh good hair
this is my favorite video so far i watch over and over i love your vibe natural not forcing but ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥🥰
🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾thank you🥹
Another video I very much enjoyed! And although we know I'll never dye my hair these videos are EVERYTHING 😘. You took me out with the comments about the boy band and Dragon Ball Z. 😭😂🤣
i think this is the best tutorial yet. So chill😂😂
I’m literally binge watching your videos 😂❤ you’re so cute! I love this look on you!
🥹😊 thank you so much!!!! Hey girl!
Me too girl ....just rolled up and finna light and watch
I love it!!! I was really nervous when you did it the second time and said it was burning😬. Your hair turned out beautiful
Your scalp can be quite sensitive after all that chemical process. Wait a day for it to heal. Why not show us a pic of what you got??
I’m so scared my hair is the same length I’m praying for the same results 😬 I watched this video 3 times Chile
Nice video, so did this product straighten your hair too?
Thank you!! Yes, the bleach straightens it
Thank you Queen-Sister ♥ I'm going to do this. You look gorgeous. #FABULOUSITY
Your hair is SUCH inspiration for me giiirl! I follow your tutorial everything I'm about to go white THANK YOU YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL 🥺🤎
Thank you so much 🥰🤍
New subbie here!☺️ I recently bleached my hair for the 1st time & have SO many questions. 5k subbies, here you come!☺️
Hey hey! Thank you for subscribing🤍
Believe it or not I don’t really do anything to my hair lol. I don’t deep condition because I truly don’t see the point because I cut my hair back low about once every 5 weeks. I’ve never tried olaplex because I’m cheap😂
Can I ask what did you use
Hope this helps.☺️
ughhhhh I love it just washed and the finished look, its so cute on you
I'm not bleaching my hair but I had to stop scrolling to say how absolutely gorgeous you look with this hair goodness......
Been dying my hair ever since thanks to videos like this. Qwick question. Can a 40 volume base work as well?
I’ve tried it with 40, but I do prefer it this way for now.
Cute and also so stunning! Just a striking look all around and hip af!!! Love this ❤
As a mixed hapa gal looking for inspiration, thank you sweetheart!!
It looks beautiful mama ❤
Sis you in the platinum is EVERYTHINGGGGGGGG 🥵😍😍😍🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾✨✨✨✨
THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️❤️🥰🥰
I love what you did and you look amazing! Can you please tell me what cream you put on before bed before bleaching again the next day? Would coconut oil be ok? And did you just use bleach without cleaning it the next morning?
you know what ? This is exactly what i want around my face and my hairdresser hasn't been able to lift it enough in 3 sessions... it's even patchy...
It took my about a year (maybe more) to finally reach this color.
@@DWOODMUA I should show her your video and say "THIS" 😅
@@Sandychmandy I’m no professional lol but I could imagine that she’s trying to preserve the health and strength of your hair. This color is sooo unhealthy for the hair. It’s dry and thin. I take a risk every time I slap that bleach in my hair 😂
@@DWOODMUA yeah I understand 😅 I'm just trying to "blend my white hair" and grow it out so I don't freak out as much 😅
