- Today we have a new little project.
Wife purchased a 2023 Honda Rebel 300 Motorcycle.
We are installing the Coffmans Thunder Exhaust.
This is the first time she’s installed an exhaust and it come out great.

Nice to show your wife did it herself. I am thinking about buying a Rebel 500 but can't look myself in the eye anymore if I let the dealer handle the mods..
On a side note: nice quite looking street... plant more trees!!

Would you recommend a 1100 for a newbie?
@@robertocastro2549 Personally, no-I think anyone brand new to riding should start on a lower cc bike, but a lot of folks have used it as their first bike. More importantly, how tall are you? I would not recommend this bike if you’re of average height/taller rider; this bike is made for smaller framed individuals.

These sound the best for the 300 but I aint paying 400 bucks for 12 inches of exhaust lol
Was going to get one for mine but apparently for California I got to sign some type of waiver for them to ship it because of the Catholic converter
Yep the 300cc has a cat in the muffler. By changing the muffler it would be removing the cat.
Dude my soft metal gasket was still on after I removed the stick exhaust from my 2024 rebel 1100. Spent like 20 minutes getting it off with alcohol and flat head. Does the thunder exhaust need to be completely flush to the stop ring? I have a small gap. I could not get it to go any further down on the pipe. 😂
How tall are you? My wife’s 4’10. I’m trying figure out if I’ll need to lower it
My wife is 5ft and she can stand comfortably with this bike. Definitely worth a short!

@@McGuinness89the brand is tech wrap. I purchased a roll of the wrap and had a local guy install it. Still have basically the whole roll.
