Lavonte David, Rex Burkhead, Trey Palmer, and (looking away from current players) Mike Brown. Brown played for the Bears and had back-to-back games with game-winning Pick-6s!
Garrett Nelson. In the last draft, a few huskers went to the Broncos as UDF. Nebraska has always been able to get some 4⭐️ guys the past years they haven't performed or left after a few seasons. The problem at nebraska has been development and having a good game plan. Last couple years was the first time in a long time. I saw players improve from the beginning of the season to the end of the season.
Dave was a very good friend of mine. He was Osborne's first QB.....Because he was from Las Vegas they called him Dave the Dealer. He had to wear # 11 because Stabler already had 12.....Dave's Nebraska number. He was the absolutely nicest guy in the world. I've got a trivia question for people. Dave developed MS..He lost the use hos legs in 88. The last time I talked to him he told me he was having surgery in a couple of weeks to have a pain pump put in. A couple of weeks later on the local news that h a had passed away. It hit me like a ton of bricks. I remember his stories he told me about when players would come to Omaha😅
Levonte David is a good example. Jo Jo Doman is another. One that didn't make the draft that I think got looked over was Jordan Westercamp. His behind the back catch was epic, but he was denied because they considered him "undersized and had small hands". GBR
Nebraska hasn’t been getting 2 stars lol. The consistently get 4 and 3 stars. Adding 5 stars like raiola and maybe Michael terry is where they’re improving
A lot of times these young men will come in for their last official visit and bring parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles. I mean this is a family affair.
I’m tired of winning the off-season just to have a losing season. We hear this shit every fucking year. Nebraska will never be elite again, it’s a sad truth
Cam Taylor Britt seems to be a good example of pro players from Nebraska that have done very well in the NFL. GBR
Lavonte David
he didnt fly under the radar.

Incognito was a surprise, because of his attitude
Maliek Collins DL- 3rd RD. Cowboys, Raiders, Texans, now 49ers.

If they win on the field, recruiting will definitely start improving.
Not if , when
exactly.. IF they win.. so far, they've proved Nothing except how to lose to crappy teams and get beat by good teams. .

Bosses and pastors and teachers and mayors..
when they win 9+ games every year for 5 + years, Then we will start believing in Rhule and his coaches. until then, its all smoke and mirrors. IMO.
He’s building the program to get to that goal
Time will tell

Sorry Nebraska fans, time has moved on. You are never going to be relevant again.
