A HUGE shoutout to Intermatic Customer Support. This video was so straightforward, but after programming this at least a dozen times, I called the technical support and reached Joel who was so incredibly patient with me and figured out my wiring was the issue. He walked me (72 yr old) through how to correct the wiring and verified my timer setup. When you have to get this done to go on vacation, Intermatic answered the bell. Small things matter to customers that and totally frustrated. Kudos to Intermatuc for having support resources like Joel and this video with the support team number included!

It’s not hard, follow the instructions in the video and pay close attention to the AM PM indicator, it’s a really durable timer that actually has a physical switch that opens and closes so the load doesn’t matter and once you set it you are done for years. Put the battery in and program it before installation so you can see it more easily.

Can you just change the start time? With the time change, I always start from the beginning with the Initial Setup.
