I continue to tinker with the beehives... I hope to assemble them already, unless I made a mistake somewhere in the calculations. Just when the glue dries tomorrow, today I’ll finish the last piece and it will be possible to assemble the puzzle. Yes, and all this dragged on for a long time. I would like to do it faster, but something doesn’t work out - a lot of time is spent on routine work: feeding the rabbits, cooking food, editing a video... If I made 3-4 hives, I would be able to finish it in a week, but they won’t even be enough to organize the existing bees, not to mention the future. This way I do 15 pieces at once and in the end it turns out that I will save time. Since it takes less time to reconfigure the equipment, to configure it yourself... It turns out to be such a small manufactory, but with only one employee.
Let's go and check how the "guest" is doing. Oh, still warm - that means alive...
Initially I wanted to make the hive entirely from polystyrene foam in order to save as much heat as possible, but it only has a drawback: it is soft and fragile. So I decided to make a frame of wood at the joints so that they could be separated more easily, and this would also add more rigidity to the entire structure.
Now, when I did it, I messed up. But I was lucky that I noticed it in time. And the campaign has Jewish roots - I made a big mistake, with a margin, so I cut off the excess and didn’t have to redo everything.
It looks like this is not an American opossum, but some kind of British animal - it left in English. As they say: “You can’t be nice by force.” And who would want to exchange freedom for four walls, even with regular feeding!? ...and they say they don’t return to the crime scene twice!? It looks like it's a Chupacabra after all.
The moment of truth. The next ten minutes will show how collected and attentive to detail I was. I took polystyrene lower from the stack so that the first pancake would not turn out to be lumpy and the motivation to continue further would not be lost. Although mistakes should be treated more simply, like in a game.
