This does not represent the normal hosho gameplay at all but good game still! This is as rare as a rank VII BB getting 7 kills in a rank IX game

if you got carrier vs tier III ships, you must be lucky. I dont remember any my last 20 carrier games vs lower tier, usually I get tier VI vs my Hosho, it make a difference

The reason there are so many bots is because this is Tier IV. The servers don't buzz with activity until Tier V and VI.

I have seen guys rack up 200K in damage and get 2 kills. He played great, but that kill total had some luck involved.
