XC GXL Part 12

This is the last part before we sent the car off to paint so some real progress as far as the video series goes.
She needed up being in paint for about 6 months in the end which was great for me because I got time to rebuild the engine and gearbox while she was away

On my Xbs i used too grind them corners open in the corner of the doors water and mud and shit get caught in there an extra drain hole who sees it when the doors closed 😂

Would have been interesting to see a video of the door hinge pin replacement anyway you're doing a good job a heat gun will probably help you remove that factory body deadener in the doors where its suck bloody Ford some of their work was average also the lower control arms where they have plates at the bottom to strengthen and stop even twisting riveted on and you see the end of the rivet heads exposed i thought with all the technology they would of used a rivet or something once pressed sit flat like a factory rivet on the factory ball joints ??? Cars looking amazing in colour WOW

The colour is factory but now in2 pak and we are really happy with it as is Sean my panel beater and my wife
In the end I just filled the doors with knock out rust sometimes you just have to compromise and make a decision to keep the job going
