In a recent ranked fight, I defeating them and their respond was "block spammer." With the luck of the gods, I ended up getting pair with him again and decided to count all the times he blocked vs when I blocked. In the end he blocked a total of 29 times, while I blocked 7 times. He still called me a block spammer.
Fun fact: Genos actually has 2 passives. While the obvious passive is his ability to remove cooldowns after landing a finisher, his second passive is to make your opponent yap nonstop about how "unskilled" and "trash" your moveset is
Jokes aside, Genos actually has 5 passives: -Refresh all moves on a finisher kill -Ground evasive damages and stuns opponents -Slightly larger 4th m1 hitbox(?) -Mini uppercut launches opponents slightly higher than normal -Can use moves and stay midair
i main atomic. for those who don't know, it is a relatively common tech to use your quick slice to start combos as the small little jump backwards can allow you to go directly behind your enemy to negate their block with a very small (yet possible) window to turn around. the amount of hate this one strategy gets because you're starting a combo based on your moveset and not your dash tech is insane.
as a fellow atomic main, I found another way to combo extend off deadly cascade which is where you quickly side dash and aim the jump to head right back to your opponent. I dont think its as common, but I would say its more viable.
If you attack, you are a "spammer", if you backdash, you are a "runner", if you block, you are a "block spammer", if you win, they say "trash", "ez" or anything, if you dont use Saitama or Garou, you "suck at the game". This is the "reality".
i genuinely respect every opinion made in this video. Im a metal bat main and whenever i go against someone and i win just because i used the same combo many times, they call me a spammer. Its not spamming, its just a mechanic in the game. Same exact thing with other characters, people will call you a runner for being too far or a sweat/no life if you just do good and catch them in a actual good combo. Im glad someone took notice of this. (Also, if anyone wants the combo i do mainly here it is: dash (optional) 4 m1s (or 3 m1s and a downslam) foul ball, walk foward a bit (or do a quick side dash) beatdown into 3 m1s and a downslam, then homerun into a grand slam (if you get the variant just do a couple m1s and im pretty sure it kills them?) and then a down slam while they're down. No problem.)
He should have talked about how the slow m1s suck so much in this game. Because of the combat being so simple and similar. Basically the fastest m1 trade wins against better players so metal bat both having the worst m1 speed and base moveset makes most only use him for the ult which people get mad about. In ranked matches too which makes no sense since his passive is extra ult and it's a part of the game
Tsb honour system Don’t use ult mid fight Don’t run Don’t use spammy characters Don’t spam Don’t be toxic Don’t spam Don’t spam block Don’t use op moves Don’t use combos Don’t front dash Don’t side dash Don’t use moves Don’t move Don’t win Don’t let your opponent lose Don’t play the game
People went from calling saitama op to calling it spammy. For some reason, Garou was also called the most skilled character because he has the hardest to hit combos and does the least damage if you use every move.
i dont know if im considered these people but some people do what i consider "annoying running" which is when they use NO m1s, NO techs, NO blocks and just use their abilities then run when they use them all and wait for cooldown to finish then just repeat it.
its kinda like rock paper sissors. saitama, can cook garou because of his ult, but he gets cooked by a passive sonic. However, a garou, who has a counter, can cook a sonic. Its just that some char has advantages over other chars.
@@oceanman3676 i can't really see someone saying a character is unfair, because they can use the same character too. Another sus thing is that before suiru got released, everyone was glazing at how annyoning tatsu was. Now everyone can use it, and its NO LONGER OP???? Suiru is now op apparently. I guess characters you can use are op. (expect kj hes op)
People say Tatsumaki is unfair not because she takes effort to beat but because she excels in just about everything a fighting game offers. She can use attacks at long range, one of them being pretty quick and able to create a gap between the two players in order to catch a break or get cooldowns. Has a pretty much guaranteed combo extend if she wastes the opponent's evasive, has ANOTHER move that can do consistent damage, knockdown for free even on block which is pretty powerful in fighting games and can also create gaps. And then she has a move that CLOSES gaps. Her passive makes her invincible to most base set moves and does damage when block breaking moves hit her, giving her a pretty good combo starter. Oh, and it reflects projectiles cuz ofc it does. Her ultimate is... Interesting. If you managed to waste your opponents evasive and then pop ult in ranked, you win by using the fourth move that quite literally can go halfway through the ranked map on whiff, going to the corner, and then using the three, a cutscene move that does 90%. Her two other moves do good damage and can combo into each other beautifully by using the 2 which is hard in most cases but manageable, moving forward and timing it to use the 1, which stuns and does 50%. She's a character that takes a bit to get used to but due to her base moveset, ultimate moveset, and busted passive (not even gonna lie about that) I can see why she's called "unfair". She does everything and does it really well. Especially in a fighting game where about half of the players try to close the gap by teching or other. She's really good, but due to her being so wildly different, she's regarded as unfair as no character counter her unlike every other character that all have bad matchups.
I think her ultimate is pretty easy to bait, but i can relate with the rest of the things. she block like sonic and genos's base moveset along with half their ult garou is useless and metal bat is just a bad matchupt due to him being slow and atomic cannot catch her. like what am i supposed to do against her and they all use same techs and combos. i think martial artist is best balanced
I have to give props for you holygrail, finally someone who broke it all down and made all those foolish people realize that saying "spammer" "runner" etc. is just them incorrectly fighting against your own style. I could be wrong
I am a martial artist main atm, and don't get too many complaints since then. However, I have a few rules for myself. Some are universal, and some are only for specific genres or games. The biggest ones are "Only be toxic to toxic people." "Do not complain about something you also do, and only complain about genuine bugs and their exploiters." "Help friends who are obviously been outmatched." And finally, "Do not interupt a vibe circle." There are more, but these are the most common ones used. Obviously I deviate sometimes, but I try not too. This is how I have fun, but it does backfire. If you're chill for too long, you gotta leave so you don't feel bad when killing a player you like. Not everyone would have that problem, but I do. If I do not like a majority of a server, I will start stealing kills and interrupting. That obviously makes some people mad, but it's on purpose. I do the same if no one is teaming and everyone is fighting. I will only wait so long to play the actual game. Edit: Please remember everyone has their own way of playing. No one has to abide by someone else's rules. Most of yall are chill, but let's keep it as civil as possible.
well, isnt "helping" out friends in a fight harmful for their basic understanding of the game?, it'll be best if ya let them fight people better than them.
I think you should do a video that analyzes every character's, include: the strong points, weakness and how to counter them. I think this will help ppl understand how to fight their "unfair" characters and how simple their "skilled" characters are.
Tbh this video actually does make sense, i see pro players usually fighting newer players instead of players their level, no wonder they have so many kills, and the one time they do fight players their level is when the other player steals their kill. Some players kinda do have to understand that calling a new player a runner or spammer is literally not gonna help their case, since the new player wont even know what that might be, and being toxic just doesn’t help them either. I also see people calling others ulters when they use ult mid-fight or when they’re low, if that is the case, what is the point of ults then? Even the anime characters used ult when they were low…
One of the reasons, this doesnt apply to everyone but it does apply to me, is because we barely get any servers with our skill level. half of the servers, have the maximum kill count as 500 or 1k. And it rlly sucks for someone with 13k
I kind of wish he didn't make this video members, oh, because most kids don't have members, but all of this is just so straight on. I've been waiting ever since a metal bat came out. I'm just baffled by how perfect and is just needed to be said for those "pros" and "noobs" (BTW, big fan!!).
You really have a good point here, as you said, if the strongest hero is the "best" character, then it could easily destroy every other character in an 1v1.Also it would be the most "unfair" character because he is the best.I really like your explanation in this video.(sorry if my english is bad)
@@springoncocain3577 i found only 1 spelling mistake in this comment and it was just using "an" in front of 1 but im not sure because im not that good at english yet
@@flop69419 generally the case except for when the vowel is pronounced as a consonant at the start . the word "one" begins with "w" when being pronounced and as a result its "a 1v1" , not "an 1v1" if you said "oh-n V oh-n" , it would be "an"
Another reason why the tsb comunity consider wild phsychic unfair is because of how easy it is to use. Yet they cant propelly counter the moveset that is easly counterable, the same goes to early acces characters, they say they're Pay2win even thought they're gonna get balanced in the next 2 weeks
People hate early access characters for 2 reasons 1. They dont have them 2. Since they don’t have them they can’t learn to play them, and if you can’t play the character you can’t learn to ADAPT to the character as well as you usually would And due to number 2 they just say it’s overpowered
@@Jellybeantoppings also because theyre for the most part strong and each skill does a lot of dmg to make up for the fact their kits not fully done yet, so you can do a lot of dmg w an m1 string into a skill
@@Jellybeantoppings tbh they usually just say it as an excuse, saying its op even tho it literally is missing moves, making the moveset worse???? like what????
I like playing her because it really seems to confuse people when I play as the most rabid, aggressive tatsumaki you’ve ever seen. Dashing everywhere and shit
I so much AGREE with u. Like i use to get hate so much only cuz i beat them with sonic. They cry and trashtalks over " me running " when most of the time ( even ppl with 10 k kills ) are the only one being passive against sonic and i caught them with side dash. Although when those specific creatures lose, they usually gets sonic against me cuz they thinks its the " character " ig. SO they come with sonic and nothing changes. I beat them again. And when i ask them how did i js win if i was cheating since movesets was equal, they js saying " i dont spam like u " . Its crazy to see how they have a slander on everything.
I hate when people consider a backdash running. It’s called keeping distance, which passive players do. If it’s a game mechanic, I’m gonna utilize it so I can literally use my play style.
it can be used for running too. its just so op.just because its a game mechanic doesnt mean its completely balanced. even lord heaven said it and complained about it. if your playstyle is when i mess up i mash backdash because of the i frames and they cant catch up to me. then maybe consider just never fighting.
@@crapluster dude, it literally can be caught up to with a single front dash. People complain about it for nothing. It is balanced if literally everyone can use it.
@@craplusterSee LordHeaven's vid was in poor taste, cuz the dude was just bashing a playstyle he couldn't counter and made a vid just being salty over it. So using this to back up a shallow point of so called *runners* is pretty weak. Backdashes can also be easily countered with a front dash and usually the person doesn't have enough time to block it.
@@NeveragainNeveragain no it cant. its too unconsistent cuz ur front dash will suddenly stop because the game thinks u already hit him but you wont land the hit because he is moving back. maybe unbalanced wasnt a good example but its op.if both parties spam backwards dash then no one is gonna win. and its also boring.
Any time i use saitama in duels i just get called "a try hard", if im hero hunter, i get called, a "sweat" if im cyborg, i get called a "runner", if im sonic, i get called "spammer." metal bat? "No skill" atomic samurai? "counter spammer" Tatsumaki? "op character", There are almost no characters you can play anymore without getting called out for it.
To be honest, the playerbase of the strongest battlegrounds has gotten out of hand when it comes to the most hated topics. And that includes complaining, but yet it's for a reasonable explanation. And those things would be known as Blocking, Dashing, Running, Being Hypocritical, Having regrets, Teamers, Being too passive, Visible spamming in the opposing point of view by whoever you are fighting, hackers (which are rare to find), Character usage, etc. The only way that the community to be healed by those naegative affects in order to bring peace to the game is by having the developers, moderators, and owner to mostly do something about it while a couple others attempt to make groups to counter teamers and hackers. As we count on the rest to be fixed somehow. Which is very unlikely and pretty much impossible. We just need to find a way because due to experience, we have way too many complainers nowadays when it comes to pvp related games that include any type of public fighting. But for now, we must suffer though the same thing. And just know, by the end of they day, it's just a game that people need to fix the complaints that are contained in any specific game. Mainly The Strongest Battlegrounds. And whoever actually read this, thank you and have a good day. Bye for now
tbf the reason why strongest battlegrounds get so many people who complain is because the majority of the game is just little kids who's iq is the same as their age. they're simply not mature enough to handle losing well and get mad way easier
great video, i completely agree with most of the points made in this game as a garou and genos main, i like to see both sides of the arguement and genuinely think that people are just overreacting about annoying characters anyways thank you for making this
i genuinally believe all garou mains are clones of eachother, they all use the same combos, the same techs and have the same personality (mostly toxic), even my friend became toxic after starting using garou
@@aboborapper mainly because it works!! I play garou and with the “twisted tech,” everything becomes a touch of death combo. granted, the “loop dash tech” can turn any combo into one that does 100% dmg, but “twisted” is much easier to land imo. Once their evasive/ragdoll cancel is out, it’s ggs if you can win a neutral interaction (this goes for most characters but garou has the best punishing combos imo). I can see why so many people play garou, and it’s that his combos are the easiest to pull off (with the exception of saitama) along with having the easiest 100% combo (again , imo). I don’t understand the toxicity, but I think that’s just the player base. tldr: garou has very easy combos that deal high damage, and with the “twisted tech” garou has very easy touch of death combos.
@@aboborapper Garou players are actually like this because it needs a LOT of concentration to land an m1 or doing the techs right, and when they do a hard level combo after sweating that much it feels like a win for them, kinda when You get a high score in a test.
There’s a MASSIVE difference between annoying and actually disgraceful way of fighting, such as blocking a lot, or fighting in a more passive way or baiting people into attacking, these are just examples of different styles of fighting and playing the game, they may be a bit annoying to get used to fighting against, but it makes it fun to change your play style when you’re against a challenging opponent with a unique or uncommon way of fighting. *Actual un honorable and disgraceful way of fighting 👇* Running away constantly around the map and teaming up with other players, or just only attacking back when you’re in the middle of fighting someone else, since you decided to leave them alone and go fight someone else because they kept running, is the most cheapest and disgraceful thing to do in fighting games my opinion. This also goes for people who emote or “Teabag” after killing a person a singular time when their opponent were equal or less than half health, especially when they lost multiple times before that, and only won once because their opponent was low.
I agree with almost all of this other than the "get out of ranked garou mains" point he vaguely makes near the end. I used to main garou, and now really play any character I feel like, but I enjoy ranked so much better because ffa just makes me go insane with all the 3rd parties and stuff. Dont get me wrong its fun in small doses but for someone like me who enjoys the intricacies of combat and techs it just feels to chaotic for me.
I equip tatsumaki: omg spammer I equip sonic: omg runner and spammer I equip genos: omg spammer I play passively: omg runner WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? LOSE?
I'm quite happy you touched upon the concept of "techs." The idea that a person can claim some trick even though many people probably have already figured it out is insane. The uppercut side dash "tech" is a prime example of this. Also, I firmly believe uppercut is the best non-ultimate move ingame and yet people still say Saitama's skilled when you're basically screwed if someone knows what they're doing: Sidedash out of the stun? Really tight squeeze to actually punish and you're easily punishable yourself. let it be? Normal punch gg. Moral of the story; don't get hit
i play tsb a LOT and one thing i can say is, garou is the most fun in my opinion, but i dont think he's the most skilled, its about movement. however its more about how you play the characters than the actual characters, like theres fun saitamas to 1v1 then theres the passive saitamas who wait for one small slipup to then do the same '2 m1 consecutive punches m1 normal punch combo"
@@Mewstargarou is actually pretty fun yeah, mostly because of how easy it is to deal a lot of damage, basically a buffed version of sonic, since you can counter and go through block
By far the most real and fact video I have ever seen in my entire life I always wanted to talk about this topic but I just didn't have any place to talk about it so more people hear about it ty so much for covering it
I love every single second of this video and hopefully it opens these kids eyes that using something they dont like isnt called spamming the only thing that is inacurate is that hero hunter is also associated with spamming cuz im always getting called out for beeing one no matter how i fight with it ;-; its just as if the comunity has such a big ego that they think making up a rule makes it an official one ( someone even spam reported me for using a combo it was funny as heck seeing them frustrated) also congrats on 700k Subs 🥳🎉
as a metal bat main i can confirm he has another passive of being literally forgotten by everyone and not even being in the poll of the most skilled or unfair character
Something else you could have added is about early access characters being the most "unfair" characters because of them being super new, meaning that people won't know how to fight against them and those characters being super unbalanced until they are released free to the general public
so I want to tell you all about Red Alert 3. Highly competitive RTS meant to rival starcraft, it has pretty horrible balancing between it's "factions"(characters in TSB). One kf them, the "Allies", had multiple OP units(analogy to moves in TSB), which could do some nasty cheese tactics. If I was to make an analogy to it in TSB, it would be a character where it's base moveset would contain a nerfed death counter, so that it would counter only moves, not m1s. Do people use it in 1v1? Absolutely, it's pretty normal, however in tournaments, this faction can only go against itself.
1:41 i try to avoid this the most, because in Brazil, normally you play with 150+ ping, because we don't have servers here, so m1 trade is possible, but a bit broken for us
(I main Atomic Samurai) Once, some random Suiryu attacked me. He kept doing obvious front dashes, so it was easy to catch him and start a combo. He kept coming back everytime, and after like 2 more times of killing him he said: "yep, stop spamming bro, you're unfair" I asked how i was spamming, and his response was "you're using the same combo every time, you never change". What do you expect me to do? Create 50 new combos every time you come back?
It is so annoying being someone that dabbles in every character, and getting hated on when you beat them with anything other than garou or saitama. I have fought so many good players with Sonic, and they absolutely embarrass me since they have good game mechanics and skill. But all of a sudden when other players fight against me it's unfair? And sure, I agree the wild psychic is annoying to fight against but that doesnt mean it's unfair. You can beat every character if you're good - there is no one 'best' or 'unfair' character. Thanks for listening to my TED talk.
Everyone, I just found a new bug in the game: If you want to do this bug, you need to have suiryu and turn on his ultimate, then find a corner of the map and use skill 3 ultimate (victim needs to stand against the wall). If successful, the victim will fly out of the map and also work for crab boss :)
Also if want trap people in the tree: If you want do this bug,you need to use saitama or tatsumaki base skill 1 on a victim to stand against the big summer tree.if successful, the victim will trap inside the summer tree and you can do anything you want like:hit victim, trap enemy or troll friend :D
In the game town theres a similar sort of "honor system" where shield, armor and shotgun users (and to some extent snipers) are looked down upon by most players because armor can double or even triple your effective time to kill with no downside and isn't always fun to fight (even though there is nothing stopping the non-armor user from equipping armor besides their ego because time to kill is still super fast).
(9:45)So tell me The strongest hero, are you the best character because you are the most unfair or you are the most unfair because you are the best character?
i think the reason why people use to think metal bat was unfair was because quite literally all his moves can chain into eachother, so that means a high damage combo that you cant predict since there is so many unique combos to come up with , same goes for tatsu , most of her abilitys string together aswell and her passive is dumb but can be countered by just hitting it , there ultimates aswell are decently unfair, tatsu first ult move into second ult move might aswell fully kill while being a true combo, metal bat has insane range and damage but can be countered because of wind up time, and blocking tatsu base moves is literally the counter for her
funny thing is techs most of the time makes you do less damage and another thing is that sonic may need more skill to use because just because all his moves can be blocked
In my opinion i use techs as an intimidation tactic. Land the NASTIEST tech then back up and wait for their next move. This usually works and makes them panic or play passive
Every competitive game is like this. If you wanna see the worst, heres the steps: 1. Go to slap battles 2. Find the dark red portal in lobby 3. Go into portal 4. Experience hell on earth.
Currently im at 0:22 and honeslty, we have to agree that genos is too strong. I can fight people on my level or passive ones and die. If i go genos i win easily, btw i dont use genos often.
This is because Geno's has long ranged attacks that are good against people who don't play aggressive He's not op he just has pros and weaknesses like slow m1s and low combo damage without making them use evasive
@@Jake-jm2vj yeah but even if someone is agressive you can easily keep distance and genos still has close range capabilities, im saying this despite being a saitama main And honestly im closer to agressive than passive
First like bro. The only character i feel super unfair is genos and sonic. Sonic is slept on Trust me. Every character is easy to use and the only one who needs thought is genos since aim
@@Justcallmedropky1 i have ways to counter a genos and it really helps me. His entire moveset is blockable so you reduce the damage and i try to be always close to the genos and m1 catch. But as i said, he is still op. This playstyle works alot but it only makes the match kinda balanced. Hope it helps you
jeez thank goodness u made a video about this this is so real. I swear it always irked me with most of the tsb players reasoning and excuses. They dont like when u utilize game mechanics and get mad 😭🙏 so unreasonable and most of their excuses are so unjustified
how are people saying The Strongest Hero is the best, when Destructive Cyborg's counterplay is to swap Destructive Cyborg or Deadly Ninja?? Adding onto that, how do people think Wild Psychic is the most unfair when Destructive Cyborg and Deadly Ninja are both able to whittle down any other character's health while remaining completely safe and out of range? With Wild Psychic you have to correctly guess their next move to land a hit, which is perfectly fine, and they'd have to guess yours to land one back. Against the other 2 characters mentioned, you have to correctly guess their next move to not GET hit, which doesn't guarantee you a punish but will guarantee them an advantage if you guess wrong. There is a reason why around 150 rank and above in both 1v1s and 2v2s almost every player switches to one of those two upon rematching someone, unless they're very passionate about their character or vehemently believe that it is an unfair switch. Destructive Cyborg does not have a single bad matchup. Also, a simple character is NOT inherently bad design. Hero Hunter and The Strongest Hero both have to work exponentially harder to land their simple combos than the other characters do because of their lack of tools to get them in that advantageous position. The only thing that makes Destructive Cyborg harder to pick up and learn than them is the learning curve of when to use your abilities which, once understood, makes it so unbelievably easy to use that the only characters a competent Cyborg can struggle with is another Cyborg or a Deadly Ninja. Now for some very short things unrelated to the video! Brutal Demon is the worst character and, while I would never play him, I can absolutely respect the hell out of people who do. Hero Hunter's counter is one of the most broken (as in bugged out) moves in the game, and Martial Artist is currently almost as oppressive as Genos when fighting against him due to whirlwind kick only being counterable by Blade's. The Strongest Hero is better than Blade Master who's better than Hero Hunter who's better than Brutal Demon. The power gap between Brutal Demon and Hero Hunter is smaller than the power gap between Hero Hunter and The Strongest Hero, the power gap between The Strongest Hero and Wild Psychic is near-zero, and the power gap between Wild Psychic and the other two characters is an absolute landslide.
As a metal bat main i agree that all the characters are fair and balanced but the community is just not used to the changes each character brings (e.g genos and tatsu) and proceed to call them "unfair" or "unbalanced" when in reality the characters juat bring new types of atracks to the table (like ranged with genos and fast blockable attacks with tatsumaki) so as the game updates and more characters are released it will only get worse and not just tsb either games like ultimate bg and others suffer the exact same fate.
This guy is absolutely right! I hate the fact that tsb players just say characters are unfair when they lose.. I believe that they just cant accept that they lost..
I've even complained about how Saitama and Garou needs some rework to be able to catch up with the other character's playstyles. Like, it's a struggle to fight a Suiryu, Tatsumaki, Sonic, and Genos because of how difficult it is to catch up with them by only using your dash. Metal Bat and Atomic Samurai are relatively on the same difficulty for me to deal with, the only difference being that the average player who uses Atomic Samurai is usually wiser in using their moves. Not only does Saitama and Garou have to rely on slowing themselves down by blocking moves, dodging unblockable moves, and downplaying to passive in order to comprehend the playstyle of the new characters, but nowadays, there are probably even more toxic and competitive players there to blame on useless puerile sh*t that even a summer ant who could understand english would even care about getting called by one of those insults. Garou and Saitama could definitely work as medium ranged or being a character that forces you to think even more harder on doing everything and anything. That's why players are just so salty now. I mean, even I'm not an exception. Hell, I even get a little mad when I die with Saitama. I try my best to cool myself down though, don't wanna lose some years of my life. I'd be expecting a whole different Garou Ult, Base moveset, and Saitama Base Moveset. If I don't see one, then we is gon stay the same place blud 🗣🗣 Anyways, that's probably all I'm gonna complain about the "new gen" of character's we're getting. I'm hoping the dev team are actually gonna see this one because like, it's a little problematic. Then again, it is a balanced trade off to have a mindless 90% combo if you can catch them with just a short 5 meter side step. But y'know, we ain't gonna stay dumb forever right? So, it's probably better to rework the character's sooner or later because when Boros is gonna be worked on, it's gonna be a whole new set of complains. freshfrenchfries when he realizes he has 3 f's in his name: 😲😲😲😲🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
I feel like this video is a perfect example of why you shouldn't take words for granted. No hate is intended through this message but I feel like everything in this video is just wrong about the characters but I totally agree with everything else you said. Yes there can be a character that is MOST unfair and a character that is the BEST separately. Just cause something is the best doesn't mean it's downright unfair to use, could just be that the other character is so easy to use that it could beat the quote on quote "best" character with less effort. Not only that but you're calling the first 2 characters the easiest to use, the ones you just turn your brain off and do the same combos over and over again. But as if that isn't the same case with everything else. The "room for failure" you're talking about is most likely just your own opinion. In my opinion or what I've gathered through my own experience playing or just talking with other people, out of the 2 characters you kind of downplayed, hero is probably more versatile than something like atomic samurai in which you REQUIRE certain moves just to combo extend when hero hunter can combo into every single one of it's moves with something else BUT this doesn't mean other characters are harder to combo with. Most wild psychic combos are really easy to pull off and deal insane damages compared to maybe the dash after hero hunters second move that would therefore let you get that little bit of extra damage. If you play as any of the characters on mobile, the easiest to play as would be deadly ninja, wild psychic, or destructive cyborg and this says that not only are the first two characters reliant on pretty annoying tech's but that you saying these first 2 characters are much easier to use is kind of wrong if you can just spam all your moves and deal the same damage with everything else. Look TSB in my opinion is a shit game where balancing is basically non-existent but I can GUARANTEE you, people will still play it and still complain when acknowledging the developers don't give 2 shits about the community. Sorry if something in this doesn't make sense, proof reading a paragraph of yap over a Roblox game is a bit hard.
I think that the reason people say Saitama is the best character and tatsumaki is unfair is because Saitama takes more effort, but if you play him in a good way, you will win. With tatsu, you can use barely any effort to game slightly worse if not identical results. I feel that the only unfair characters are genos and tatsumaki (genos because 3/4 of his moves are unblockable and tatsumaki since it’s basically impossible to counter a tatsumaki player after they turn their brain off and use all their moves mindlessly)
here's my honor code as a sonic main 1st: never be toxic. if someone's being toxic, either just beat them or just argue or call them out on it. 2nd: NEVER EVER equip someone's character right after you lose just to prove a point. (This is fine if it's your main) I cannot count the amount of times somebody has equipped my character just to "prove that sonic is just spamming". 3rd: Just dont interrupt random people vibing. 4th: Never ever say someone's "spamming, block spamming, running, ez" or any other things like these. 5th: if people are in a fight, never try to interfere or kill steal. 6th: if people are teaming on a guy, find out WHY. if the reason is ok(as in its a reasonable motive to fight the guy with more than 1 person) then maybe not try to interfere? only exception for me is if more than 2 people are teaming cuz thats just overkill no matter how good the reason is. 7th: Only fight ult with ult, ie. dont use ult against someone who hasnt used ult against you. These are my rules for myself or my "honor code" I dont stray from it much but If I do it's probably the 1st one
I don't see any differences between the characters, many say "Garou is skill" "Uh Genos is no skill, braindead character" but playing the game I realized that it's not true, the combos are "easy" to do.I compared the gameplay between the "skilled characters" and "braindead characters" and I noticed something interesting, they are not very different. The combos are simple, you don't need much to do damage, every character has its disadvantages and advantages the only thing that makes them "well recognized" are external mechanics, such as movement for example, but they are all the same
the funny thing is that whenever i get called an “ult spammer” I already knew why he was saying that, and it’s because he doesn’t have ult since he probably was one of those kids who join servers and immediately attack people, that being me, or he was just scared to use it. Also, not to mention how do you spam ult 💀🙏. It can take up to 5-10 minutes for me to get ult, and as of recently, studying saitama and garou mains, they used ultimate more than me? 💀🙏. So, whenever you get called an “ult spammer” or “spam blocker” just know that they haven’t adapted to your playstyle and you can probably easily beat them using your character.
the only unfair character imo is The Srongest Hero >50%+ true combo >little to no endlag on 2 >insanely low cooldowns on everything >long/basically infinite mode >every mode move can one shot/do big damage (adding onto the fact that you can just hold onto this forever) >oneshot counter that has no tell, so ur basically just left guessing for 10 mins until one person gives uo
I love the fact that since i’m a PS5 player (atleast when playing bg games)i just don’t see any messages on the chat, and it makes the experience WAY more enjoyable
Since people really wanna know what's fair, here's a pros and cons list for every character in the game Strongest hero + Semi-Good Passive (Gain ultimate on finisher) + High DPS combos that doesn't require evasive baiting - Bad evasive baiting (Uppercut has a bad startup and bad endlag) - Close-ranged Hero hunter + Anti-teamer (You're almost invulnerable during most moves) + Good evasive baiting (Hunter's grasp is very fast and unpredictable if used properly) + Good passive (Regen on finisher) + Good Counter (Evasive bait if you turn around) - Low DPS combos that doesn't require evasive baiting - Close-ranged Destructive Cyborg + Long ranged + Grand slam kind of bypasses evasive because you'll still get hit despite evading out of the way + Good passive (Ragdoll cancel deals damage and stuns if your opponent is too close, Reset cooldown on finisher) - Moves don't go with eachother - Inconsistent combos - Every move is blockable Deadly Ninja + Long ranged + Good passive (Gain Invisible side dashes that are highly unpredictable on finisher, Invisible dashes have short cooldown) - Too passive Brutal Demon + Move variants (Homerun, Grandslam, Foul Ball) - Bad passive (Gain ultimate bar when damaged) - Slow m1s (dunno if this is some mandela effect but whenever i play him his m1s feel so slow) - Bad evasive baiting (Homerun and foul ball are highly predictable) Atomic Samurai + Good Counter (Combo starter) + Good passive (Gain damage boost on finisher) + Decent evasive baiting (the kick into air slashes move i forgot the name is kinda fast + Super flashy finishers - Too aggressive Wild Psychic + Good passive (Gain blocking buff on finisher that will break and cancel moves if you get hit in the back, pause, and if the opponent uses a skill, doesn't have to be a block breaking skill, just a skill) - Most moves are blockable - Neutral evasive baiting (literally none of the moves have unpredictability besides crushing pull which deals like 2 damage and doesn't even extend m1s) - Can evade out of tornado and punish Martial artist + All moves are connected to each other + All moves can hit grounded opponents + Moves are hard to punish + Barrage cannot be evaded (free 2 move combo) - No passive (yet) - Early access (for now) - Vanishing kick sucks Sorcerer + literally gojo + infinity + one-shot wall combo + one-shot move - Private server+ KJ + Cool + Somewhat balanced for an admin character - Costs 170k dollars for a temporary playtest
my only issue with tatsumaki is her passive because as a close ranged character you CANNOT fight against it or punish her for blocking in any way shape or form
THIS IS SO TRUE EVERYTIME I KILL SOMEONE ON TSB they’re main accusations is “why are you running and spam blocking” who agrees that there’s bots on tsb
The word unfair and strongest is perceived differently by a majority of people. My choices reflected that of the results and my explanation will be as follows. The strongest hero is by far the strongest, due to the fact that a simple two move combo can take away half the opponents health. Not only is it easy to do, the damage is rewarding. What makes it different from unfair like tatsumaki is that she has many combo starting moves. If you mess up a combo with one move, just use another one. There is no tech involved, other than maybe the last move. All moves can be combo starters which makes the character very forgiving for the player. The strongest hero doesn't exactly have many combo starters. 1 that doesnt require tech, and 2 that does. Fortunately the techs arent that difficult, which makes performing combos easy with him. Saitama's comboes are short and sweet, while tatsumaki is long and unforgiving. Also to add on, she has quite a bit of spam, and hit and run potential.

Fun fact: Genos actually has 2 passives. While the obvious passive is his ability to remove cooldowns after landing a finisher, his second passive is to make your opponent yap nonstop about how "unskilled" and "trash" your moveset is
Jokes aside, Genos actually has 5 passives:
-Refresh all moves on a finisher kill
-Ground evasive damages and stuns opponents
-Slightly larger 4th m1 hitbox(?)
-Mini uppercut launches opponents slightly higher than normal
-Can use moves and stay midair
also refreshes cooldowns on the 1st and 2nd Ult moves

i main atomic. for those who don't know, it is a relatively common tech to use your quick slice to start combos as the small little jump backwards can allow you to go directly behind your enemy to negate their block with a very small (yet possible) window to turn around. the amount of hate this one strategy gets because you're starting a combo based on your moveset and not your dash tech is insane.
Yo wait I think a bot copied and pasted ur comment. I just replied to another comment that had these exact words.
as a fellow atomic main, I found another way to combo extend off deadly cascade which is where you quickly side dash and aim the jump to head right back to your opponent. I dont think its as common, but I would say its more viable.

i genuinely respect every opinion made in this video.
No problem.)

its kinda like rock paper sissors. saitama, can cook garou because of his ult, but he gets cooked by a passive sonic. However, a garou, who has a counter, can cook a sonic. Its just that some char has advantages over other chars.

sonic players in a nutshell
Pretty valid take ngl (i read everything)
Exactly. I'm still not sure why people try to deny this.
I just can't understand her hotboxes due to them just spawning.
I think her ultimate is pretty easy to bait, but i can relate with the rest of the things.
she block like sonic and genos's base moveset along with half their ult
garou is useless and metal bat is just a bad matchupt due to him being slow
and atomic cannot catch her.
like what am i supposed to do against her and they all use same techs and combos.

I am a martial artist main atm, and don't get too many complaints since then. However, I have a few rules for myself. Some are universal, and some are only for specific genres or games. The biggest ones are
"Only be toxic to toxic people."
"Do not complain about something you also do, and only complain about genuine bugs and their exploiters."
"Help friends who are obviously been outmatched."
And finally, "Do not interupt a vibe circle."
There are more, but these are the most common ones used.
Most of yall are chill, but let's keep it as civil as possible.
you got almost say all my honor code
Bruh, i almost have same "rules", but i also have very dumb rule "Try to not fight at full skill versus new players" (i almost never use it)

Once their evasive/ragdoll cancel is out, it’s ggs if you can win a neutral interaction (this goes for most characters but garou has the best punishing combos imo).
*Actual un honorable and disgraceful way of fighting 👇*
Running away constantly around the map and teaming up with other players, or just only attacking back when you’re in the middle of fighting someone else, since you decided to leave them alone and go fight someone else because they kept running, is the most cheapest and disgraceful thing to do in fighting games my opinion. This also goes for people who emote or “Teabag” after killing a person a singular time when their opponent were equal or less than half health, especially when they lost multiple times before that, and only won once because their opponent was low.

Uppercut isn't the best non ultimate move but it is good
i play tsb a LOT and one thing i can say is, garou is the most fun in my opinion, but i dont think he's the most skilled, its about movement. however its more about how you play the characters than the actual characters, like theres fun saitamas to 1v1 then theres the passive saitamas who wait for one small slipup to then do the same '2 m1 consecutive punches m1 normal punch combo"
@@Mewstargarou is actually pretty fun yeah, mostly because of how easy it is to deal a lot of damage, basically a buffed version of sonic, since you can counter and go through block

as a metal bat main i can confirm he has another passive of being literally forgotten by everyone and not even being in the poll of the most skilled or unfair character

It is so annoying being someone that dabbles in every character, and getting hated on when you beat them with anything other than garou or saitama. Everyone, I just found a new bug in the game:
If you want to do this bug, you need to have suiryu and turn on his ultimate, then find a corner of the map and use skill 3 ultimate (victim needs to stand against the wall). If successful, the victim will fly out of the map and also work for crab boss :)
I did that the DAY that suiryu ult came out.
@@SoulSurvivor_Minos cool man

Congrats on 700k subs🎉
In the game town theres a similar sort of "honor system" where shield, armor and shotgun users (and to some extent snipers) are looked down upon by most players because armor can double or even triple your effective time to kill with no downside and isn't always fun to fight (even though there is nothing stopping the non-armor user from equipping armor besides their ego because time to kill is still super fast).

Bro really said nah I'd counter
i think the reason why people use to think metal bat was unfair was because quite literally all his moves can chain into eachother, so that means a high damage combo that you cant predict since there is so many unique combos to come up with , same goes for tatsu , most of her abilitys string together aswell and her passive is dumb but can be countered by just hitting it , there ultimates aswell are decently unfair, tatsu first ult move into second ult move might aswell fully kill while being a true combo, metal bat has insane range and damage but can be countered because of wind up time, and blocking tatsu base moves is literally the counter for her
Nah, before the move is actually used all moves have a startup animation before they are put into effect. Except for counters ofc

You were wrong when you thought there was honour in this game. Its the strongest battlegrounds, what do you expect
how are people saying The Strongest Hero is the best, when Destructive Cyborg's counterplay is to swap Destructive Cyborg or Deadly Ninja??

Congrats on 700K Subscribers LETS GOOO
If I don't see one, then we is gon stay the same place blud 🗣🗣
Anyways, that's probably all I'm gonna complain about the "new gen" of character's we're getting.

I disagree with a few takes in this video but that’s all it is. I just disagree
you’re kinda proving his point where it’s silly to say a character is “the best” just because it’s a worse character.
here's my honor code as a sonic main
1st: never be toxic. if someone's being toxic, either just beat them or just argue or call them out on it.
I think If someone is being toxic you can say ez
I don't see any differences between the characters, many say "Garou is skill" "Uh Genos is no skill, braindead character" but playing the game I realized that it's not true, the combos are "easy" to do.I compared the gameplay between the "skilled characters" and "braindead characters" and I noticed something interesting, they are not very different. The combos are simple, you don't need much to do damage, every character has its disadvantages and advantages the only thing that makes them "well recognized" are external mechanics, such as movement for example, but they are all the same
Sorry if it was too difficult to understand, I'm not very good at explaining and my English knowledge is not very good.
the funny thing is that whenever i get called an “ult spammer” I already knew why he was saying that, and it’s because he doesn’t have ult since he probably was one of those kids who join servers and immediately attack people, that being me, or he was just scared to use it.

THIS IS SO TRUE EVERYTIME I KILL SOMEONE ON TSB they’re main accusations is “why are you running and spam blocking” who agrees that there’s bots on tsb
I'm so happy there are rational people like HolyGrail in The Strongest Battlegrounds.
