This is so sad.. the models and game itself is so gorgeous but there's literally nothing to do but spend just to ride around and glitch. My horse's board is about $200 cheaper per month than all those bundles.
I want to clarify that I appreciate the things foxy has created for us, because that I'm sure takes time and effort into a computer. I also understand story content and fixing things can take time. However, people like me will start to feel like we are money bags. We don't want to feel like in order to get something you must pay for everything. There should be ways to achieve and make more purpose to play the game. Otherwise whats the point of this game at all?? Money. (My list) When I join champs I get kicked out or it doesn't even get ranking right. "You placed seventh and ur expected rank was 7th" and u lose points... Get stuck on things, glitch through the world. Also😊 that scuba diving quest.... Was atrocious!!! I was lucky to have even passed it in the quest. It was so broken, I had to kinda cheat. I had to climb up walls to get to the next part or just hope I wouldn't glitch through the moving platforms, or there were platforms that would just be stuck in place and uneachable due to just falling in water. Also with breeding, I've gotten wayy too many horses that look like they weren't fully generated. I call them mush horses. Generated but couldn't decide what it wanted to do. I wouldn't mind paying more for things if the game was a bit more.. content and playable. You know the whole world and purpose of the game? We don't want a AB method based game, that tries to make children or anyone pay for sooo much money to have something and have just an empty shell of a game with no direction. Yes it's starting to sound like SSO, and they are hurting pretty badly. Foxy makes many games.. I hope this isn't a game that just needed a little kick off with a story just to get people in then paying forever.
Honestly, I was relieved the unicorn was brought in to a lower level of VIP ranking as opposed to a new stable. It could have been another pegasus situation and this is much more fair than that kind of cash grab. Still expensive of course, but at least it's a reward thrown into gem purchases someone is likely already making. They could also have been bigger jerks and made it the final reward. But then again, the fact that it's lower isn't for our benefit... don't worry, I know. It's so we get it early and can breed, breed, breed. So it's a better incentive for us to spend more money in the long run because it's a more achievable goal to reach for most.
i treated my self with getting to rank 3 and thankfully i got my first Pegasus with the gems i got and its the one i wanted so it was a very good day. Im glad its not timed as now will just gradually gain points with my usual little purchases. ALso would like to say thank you for introducing this game to me ive been so down on my luck recently and this game has truly got me through it all
These people are quite literally abusing customers who are willing to spend money on this game at this point. I get the whole VIP thing, but at this point, they just never stop asking for money. And they aren't providing anything in return. What do I do with all these horses? Run in circles and look pretty?? There's nothing to do in the game after all the quests have been done.
I'm surprised they don't add a system that makes use of all these horses we breed and collect, then at least it hurts a little less to own so many that I don't ride
I will never get to the higher ranks, if I did I would not even be able to enjoy the rewards, because it would always remind me, that I spent too much money on this game. No one should ever spend that much on any game! If there where other ways to raise your rank, it would at least give us something to do ... I also think it's waisted potential to throw out all those random fantasy horses instead of connecting them with main story progression. The main story seemed to be aiming at explaining where the fantasy horses came from, but now they seem to have forgotten about that completely.
I'm gonna wait to see if the points double with double gems. I have only brought vip thus far in this game but I want a blue roan alicorn.. I'm fine with waiting to grind out the gems for a pegasus. I have already grinded for a single pull and got a fantasy Clydesdale. I also haven’t finished all the quests yet so I have more gems to grab there still. I'm gonna be as free to play as possible.
Big surprise - another depressing update. They will continue to update market and ingame purchases over storyline because people keep buying gems. Over 1 year - still no story. 500 latest updates are ways of getting people to buy gems.

Not gonna lie... this is ridiculous and not ok, especially for a game that takes about a week to fully beat. They don't have enough content to be throwing out micro transactions like this for pretty much every update. All of that is NOT worth over 600$ and it's concerning that the company thinks it is. It's cosmetics that in the long run don't add anything to the game but because of FOMO which these types of games love to pray on and the lack of good horse games, people are going to pay. You can spend 100$ and get Guild Wars 2 with it's complete expansions for life. You could get 3 years of World of Warcraft with all expansions for less than that and it's the the same for Final Fantasy Online. I can buy Stardew Valley for less than 20$ and owner of the game who has made millions on it but never once implemented mico transactions, paywalls for cosmetics or updates. I hate micro transactions with a burning passion and the fact that companies rely so heavily on them instead of making a really great game is sad. They should be a very small part of your game, not the entirety of it. You 100% don't need mico transactions to have a really good and fun game and the fact that some players use that as an excuse for the company to "make money" is sad. Looking at you too Star Stable. Guess this is why we can't ever have nice horse games...
