    Do you know how to animate it to look like an loading icon? Maybe in After Effects or Premiere?

      Yes it can be aminated in adobe after effect but I have never tried yet.

    Hi, absolutely awesome tutorial! But I am stuck at the second "ring" or pattern. It does not automatically show up in the middle and is not round. I am a beginner and used this to practice. What did I do wrong?

      Okay!
      Try changing the size of the circle and increasing or decreasing storke size.
      The other thing you can do is adjust the brush size in brushes pannel.

      Simply create two different brushes and use them on the circles of different sizes. When needing to adjust the ring and pattern, just increase or decrease the size of circle or the stroke.
