Two issues in this plan-
- Front door is in neecham… instead it shd be in utcham (eesani moolai)…
- No store room & wash machine room in this plan… kitchen & dinning area shd be adjusted to have these room …

Only one issue in your plan is bathrooms behind pooja room. Positive energy of Pooja room will be neutralized by the negative energy of toilet & bathrooms.

Madam the plan is good... can you give an alternate plan with east side rear door and both the room
of same size and the space around the buildings remain same .
