Didi, I am walking since 1973 i.e. 52 years. I am now 63+ fully disease free & healthy. Daily 80-90 min. brisk walking then 1.5 to 2.00 hour freehand exercise + yoga+ pranayama. Then rest half hour & take food... 2 boil egg, almond, kaju, raisin, dates, peanuts, honey, oats, and many more. Never take any medicine hole year. Never take wine, tobacco or any drugs. Yes madam I have started walking from last 3to 4 months..... I feeling very calm and lose weight 4kg....and iam feeling very fitness.....we do yoga walking meditation Omkar on ground ...........Thank you very much dr.madam for your valuable tips.......🙏🙏🙏
Mam I have already started with walking. It's very useful feel fresh. I do my walking in my own society because there is lot of traffic. Also as you said before going to sleep in the room around 300steps I walk
