It depends on what controller you're using if you're using a PS4 or PS5 controller, I would recommend playing double claw. Or, if you're using a Xbox controller I would recommend playing right hand claw.

I got the dualsense edge controller and it’s great. The paddles on the back make a huge difference in quick fights. Once you dial in all the settings on the controller it makes your aim a lot crisper. But at the end of the day you don’t need it to be good at Fortnite, just play the game a lot
