It is cause most Xbox controllers are on 125hz which is like 7 miliseconds delay on PC with wire but ps4/5 controllers can be overclocked to 1000hz which is about 1 milisecond of delay on pc. So ps controllers are better in delay term but its sad because alot of people including me like the Xbox controllers button placement more

OR reset On release. use double edit binds. 5: Find a good sens and stick with it. 6: VOD review and/or watch pro controller players play ranked, scrims, tournaments etc.
