C’mon! During take-off, speed increases up to initial climbing value; when appropriate, nose angle acquires just a little higher attitude; and then slightly drops, when reaching final climbing speed. Finally, there are two small changes in attitude, when reaching appropriate Mach number, for final climbing, and the last one - in the opposite direction -, just past leveling off. That is all! Smoothness depends on computer’s ever-increasing capability! Seat belts on & no concerns at all! Enjoy!
It's probably just the pilots beginning to accelerate the airplane by letting the nose drop slightly. Usually it's done pretty smoothly, but sometimes it can feel more abrupt if the pilots are still hand-flying the jet and don't focus as much on passenger comfort. It may feel like you're falling, but in reality you're instead just not climbing as quickly as you are right after takeoff...
