PPA Council Elections

PPA's volunteer Councilors serve as a voice for members in their state. They help set policy by discussing and voting on changes to PPA by-laws, the merit system, and leadership. They have one in-person meeting at #ImagingUSA. Council is made up of 150 elected Councilors, members of the Board of Directors, current Committee Chairman, and Past Presidents. Council elections are held every 3 years and each Councilor must be an active member in PPA. Each state and US territory has at least 1 Councilor. Council is similar to the House of Representatives, the more PPA members you have in your state, the more Council seats you have.
