The reason I love badminton is you can play it gently with young kids, all the way up to Olympic level, and anything in between. Some sports don't lend themselves well to playing "nicely" with younger and more social players or different ages and abilities, but baddie does :-)

im honestly sad the LCW never won an olympic gold medal. he has entered the final stage for 3 times in a row, yet he never won. same goes to world championship, he has been to the final multiple times but never won a gold medal. but he's still one of the best badminton players for me

but only just! I always thought LD would be a better opponent to CL in the final. In the most important tournaments LD is far better than LCW and I even believe LD would have stand a much better chance of winning gold again in 2016. LCW had no chance at all against CL in this final.
