It's always a visual treat to see your finish works. Watching whole process on your projects from start to finish are always informative and entertaining to view. Watching your well narrated videos really makes me want to try out some of your techniques but I have to be honest I don't think I'll be very good at airbrush since that's a equipment that I've never tried. Having said all this, this Bane project is one that looks doing for a first time project since there isn't much use of airbrushing other than the beginning when you have to coat the figure with the matte varnish to give the surface of the figure tooth so that it accepts any paint you want to apply to it. I think they sell the same brand and varnish in a ready to use spray can so a amateur like myself can skip that airbrushing step and get to the painting the figure by hand brushing it. Anyways great video and project as we all have come to expect from you hermano 👍
Always glad to share I narrate simple because there is so much missing if it’s a silent video You can certainly purchase a spray varnish, it will help achieve the same results Thanks for watching
Im Surprised you didn't go a different route for this figure like removing the harness and tank and fill in the holes resculpting the chest and back then repaint the torso for a proper knightfall bane! Good work just surprised... had my heart set on seeing yours because that's what I wanted to do!:) Hopefully McFarlane does a proper knightfall bane with this figure... I'd buy a knightfall variant of this figure and I absolutely hate McFarlane's pointless variants but this would be justified and welcome!
Thanks for watching This was a commission piece…. Client wants only paint apps For mine the harness will be removed and the tubes lit … once I catch up I’ll work on my projects Thanks again for watching
I did the exact same thing last weekend with my bane lol used glow in the dark green paint and added just a couple veins to his chest too because I didn’t like how his neck had so many veins then nothing on the rest of his torso
Many times just a damp cloth with acetone will do the trick….. just be cautious as acetone will melt plastic if you leave it on for more than 30secs… Wipe off the paint quickly then wipe over the same spot with a damp cloth that has water to clean off the acetone… Have fun Thanks for watching
@@InkDropCustoms i could scrub it of with Magic sponge luckily it came of easy , thats my first Figure where i used flesh colors your tips are very good, i added a layer of flouristic green colors at the end almost got the same effect with the gloss varnish. Only that he shine now under blue light😅
Did this for a buddy of mine a few weeks back. The paint on the neck and armband also needed to be fixed. Mcfarlane dropped the ball on bringing the black to the sculpted edges that should have been painted.
Liked the music 🎶 👌

Looks great...seems like you can read minds, because the first time i saw the fig i was like "the vains could need some green".
Ahhh I think that’s the first thing everyone noticed when posing the figure
@@InkDropCustoms yeah, it looks way better with green vains.
Great video what do you recommend for sealing if you haven't got an airbrush?
Liquitex vanish can be brushed on or a Mr Super Clear spray clear coat….
@@InkDropCustoms awesome thanks for getting back to me much appreciated 👍

Had to clean off and repaint his mask too the grey didn’t line up and was on half of one eye
A good choice, glow in the dark paint… I have some, I have to try it-- on mine I’ll be removing the harness…

What brand of varnish do you use?
I’m using Liquitex matte finish varnish
