So Gary. I have been taking notes on tips and advice from your video. I think I'm ready to just take the actual step of faith and do this. I will let you know how this works out. 😬😬
This is a topic that I struggled with early on in my entrepreneurial journey, as many founders do,.So, I thought this would be a helpful discussion to put out there. So glad you found this content useful. Wishing you much continued success!
People always give the same vague advice but never a step-by-step how-to. How do I ask for an introduction? And once they've been introduced: - what do I converse about? - what indicators tell me that they are interested? - etc. People say to read sales books, but they are filled with vague information, too. I have a SaaS startup and would like to attract early adopters. I have connected with over 1000 potential clients, but I don't know what to do from there
So glad you found the content useful. I do give an example in there about the coffee shop where you buy some coffee and talk to the owner. The most natural introductions (regardless of industry) are the most effective. People don't want to be sold, but if you can share some ideas that will benefit them, that can grow into a deeper conversation that can turn into business. I hope that helps. Wishing you much success!
What's the most creative or successful way you've ever landed a customer or client?
