It's amazing that they made a 3,100sf apartment that was a prior warehouse cozy. It has charming elements that keep it from being beige and sterile. I especially love that the old beams were saved.
Usually I don't like the designs of the million dollar homes; they just feel too fancy, and not comfortable to live in. This place actually looks like it could be a cozy home.
I had a 4200 sq ft loft in NY in the late 70s. I paid 400 per month for it. It was the old industrial type brick wall with Victorian metal columns. Beautiful and affordable. This ridiculous "millionaire's" loft makes me miss it.
the abandon era.. incredible what it is now. I remember delivering in trucking, seemed ghetto for days, space everywhere. We watched more than one burn. The lack of window light downstairs in this one is a price kill.
Good morning Cash. I really love this one because it's a bit quirky and has kept some or most original features. Glad they kept the wood load bearing supports.
I love the recent nods to the videos of the past by using the train! Now to have you running down some stairs and slamming the door like at Aster Place. This is an amazing loft!
This place is definitely worth the 5.9M price tag. It takes high end to a whole new level. I especially like how the designer incorporated those wooden beams without painting them white.
it is definitely not worth it that's why they dropped the price to 5.4 now. Plus the HOA fees are over 1700 a month and then taxes are another 967 lmao I would rather buy a nice big house in LA
Good morning everyone! This place is a little out of my reach. I love everything about it! Especially the two -person rain locker. Wasn't there something about a surprise celebrity guest at the end? I must have missed that. Oh well. It was still a satisfying vid. Even without Charles. Thanks, Cash!
Wow!!! It is absolutely amazing. I loved it from the elevator street level. Great video Cash. Too bad most of us can ever ever have it, nut it’s great to dream about.😊
I've seen this place showcased by SERHANT in the past. But it's more of a fun, interactive tour with Cash with much more detail. You're able to see the interaction with everything from top to bottom other than being described. I'm able to truly see where the value to this place is. Great tour Cash!
Nice place, Your a great spokesperson for NY while doing Real-estate..Good Job Bud.. it’s crazy how prices on real-estate have skyrocketed, we live in south Mississippi and real-Estate prices on rentals & sales over the last 2 years have gone up 250%, our house is 4200 sq feet and we bought it in 2015 for 175K and now it’s appraised at 379K , yea it’s a big 2 story country/ Ranch style with 4.6 acres, but OMG how can anyone now afford to rent or buy, it’s ridiculous … Love your Videos keep em coming 😇❤️
Loved your tour today, I wouldn't have to cook with all the restaurants there!! Loved the fabulous apartment in a warehouse my dream, old wood & pocket doors, he thought of everything,!!!!!💕💕💕
You should put out a coffee table book of Apartments of New York...I would buy it I love looking at unique design features of some of the apartments that you show and the neighborhoods too...Hugs from Nova Scotia Canada
Absolutely gorgeous apartment. To DIE FOR!!! Love that they kept the beautiful beams, and the pocket doors are awesome. (LOL!😅🤣😂 the sofa under the stairs😂🤣😅 !) BEST NY apartment I've seen...ever,... yes, I've seen bigger and more modern apartments, but THEY don't have the ambiance, the character this gem does. It's worth every damn penny!👏👍❤❤❤😁
Cash, do you ever cover AIRBNB or something similar? That would be interesting. Only because, I would love to visit NY, but not sure who to trust on line. Places like this would be perfect for a family to rent, while still enjoying the cozy comforts of home.
What an amazing place! A mix of old and new. I would definitely furnish it that way too. Lots of antiques with some mid century vintage. Now if could win the lottery I'd buy it
The room off the kitchen is called a butler’s pantry, I think. I use to watch a lot of This Old House, they did a couple houses with those kind of rooms off the kitchen that were more than a regular pantry
What a joy to be able to tour! Such beautiful workmanship and surfaces. It is a gorgeous, gorgeous space to die in. All of the indirect lighting and skylights create a layering effect. I have one question, though. How does one escape in case of fire? The laws in my state say it isn't a legal bedroom if you have no egress. So, you spend $6M to dress the place up but you can't spend a few thousand to punch a hole in the wall?
9:39 i would use that wall for my cat's genealogical tree. I run a FB page where we post pictures of cats from the same cattery and there is 60 members LOL. It's actually a real project i have for my house which has a long wall in a corridor 😆 It will come to life eventually but i will have to procure the pictures and names of every great-grandparent (cats), nephews, half sisters etc 🐈
Nice apartment, bro, the interior designer/interior, lighting engineer did a great job! Definitely has a lack of windows/natural light, but with the accent lighting, it doesn’t feel that way. Somebody tell building maintenance to clean the windows!
I haven't had a "apartment or condo" style place since 2010....and told myself I'd never go back to sharing walls/floors/ceilings, but this place....I think it could work. Does it come with private indoor parking? Yeah, I gotta keep my rides inside. What? Another $6 million for parking? Haha.
SCRAP YARD is a Graff supply store...it's been there for years under different names....pretty kool spot, just really small inside use to visit everytime I went to Canal street...also you to hit up Pearl Paint when it was still there...
Wow, this place is really nice. All I need is US $6m and the ability to move across the world 😅 BTW, I've noticed few times that Cash calls pull-down window coverings 'curtains'. Is that a common US term? We call them blinds in Australia.
Scrap Yard sell graffiti related items, Spray caps, Markers, Clothing etc. I can see that area catering to these kind of apts or homes. I have to say I got a different vibe from this video than your others Chase and I like it.
Dear Cash Jordan, from another one of your walk around NYC videos I saw of yours today of NYC --I want to help you with something you say on your walk around --that you did not know exactly what it was. I used to live right next to Ellens Stardust Diner. You could do an entire piece on that place and in guide books for NYC it is tagged as a "Must See" place if visiting NYC. It is an amazing place ,thus the line you commented on. Ellen's Stardust Diner on Broadway in NYC is a diner, yes, with diner food, yes,,, but is also a place full of singing wait staff who are currently in Broadway Musicals and when off duty or not called to be a stand in --- or just feel like singing-- they come to this diner and wait on your table--jump on top of your table.. with shoes on --with a microphone-- and sing their hearts out-- not Kareoke..( sp?) and sing for all customers-- while you eat a stack of pancakes or red jello or pie---all diner food. It almost always has a line which wraps around the entire building at times--and is a fabulous place to go at least once in your life... it draws a lot of tourists-- and is a perfect place to go to before or after you see a broadway show--if that line is not too long. It is not like any place I have ever seen before. It is Sooo much fun and worth the long line.. so ..now you know. I really enjoy your posts. Thank you.. you are very good at what you do. Please- take it from a professor --( me) go back to Ellens.. go inside- bring a friend or date- and have fun.. !!
That place is so high-end urban, yet also warm and relatable. Not a showroom, but a home.
Rare and very special.
It's amazing that they made a 3,100sf apartment that was a prior warehouse cozy. It has charming elements that keep it from being beige and sterile. I especially love that the old beams were saved.

I live in a warehouse right now. It's pretty cozy...
A coffee table book of your most notable apartments is kind of a good idea, though. I'd buy one.
Or of interesting & unique neighborhoods features.
Me TOO ! 😛
@@richardvinsen2385 I didn't get that, hmmmmm . . . . .

Why did you give it up? Where was it located?
Good morning Cash. I really love this one because it's a bit quirky and has kept some or most original features. Glad they kept the wood load bearing supports.
That apartment is absolutely stunning. Definitely worth the money. High end finishes but not over the top.
Real estate is worth what somebody will pay for it.
I love the recent nods to the videos of the past by using the train! Now to have you running down some stairs and slamming the door like at Aster Place. This is an amazing loft!
This is probably my favorite apartment I have ever seen you tour! So dope!
This place is definitely worth the 5.9M price tag. It takes high end to a whole new level. I especially like how the designer incorporated those wooden beams without painting them white.
You bugging

Same to you!
Wow!!! It is absolutely amazing. I loved it from the elevator street level. Great video Cash. Too bad most of us can ever ever have it, nut it’s great to dream about.😊
Wow, what a cute and unique place! If I could afford it, I would totally want to live there!
Magnificent design. It would be like living in a dream world. 👍👍👍👍👍

Oh man! I Only! Love how spacious it is and those beams are fantastic!
I don’t know why I keep watching you because seeing the city and imagining living there is so depressing!
Toad Hall is a reference to /Wind in the Willows/, a wonderful book to read to your daughters when they’re about 7 or 8. Outstanding!

Came here to say the same thing!
One of my top 10 favorites- even as an adult 😊
I'd never want to leave! Great video!!
That place is awesome! Thanks for giving us a look.
"That's how you know nobody at Serhant is suffering"😄
I’m in love with this place. Perfect 🤩
cash's humor is awesome, " tell em hey bro im in the park" had me weak 🤣
Nice space! I dunno what I’d do with all that space, but I love it!
You make these tours so fun, Cash. Good going!
I've seen this place before the renovations. It's amazing how it turned out!
I love the decor/aesthetics 🤍🤎

I’m really liking these new videos your putting out. I hope you continue to do this
The apartment is actually really cute and cozy! I love the kitchen, the living room and the skylights. The only downside is the lack of natural light
😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂
Dude, what do you think skylights are?
I'm willing to bet that Vitamin Water has more sugar compared to most Energy drinks
Cash drinks the lemonade one called 'squeezed'. it is one of that line's zero sugar drinks.
Vitamin water has 32 grams of sugar
They're all crap. Read the ingredients. Look up each one to see just how damaging they are.
My goodness..I need to get adopted by some rich kids and move into that mother in law apartment downstairs 😳🤣
I have dibs on the upper bunk in the smaller bedroom. 😂
Holy Doodle, what a fantastic apartment! I'd be so incredibly happy to live there. It's *P* *E* *R* *F* *E* *C* *T* and I want it, but can't have it 😥

This apartment was definitely dream. I love the dream team of interior designers that designed this apartment.
You need to bring a tall person more often 😂
It was nice to see how well that tub fit a fellow long fellow! I *need* that tub!
What a beautiful place. Everything is so well designed.

You are right....so the "butler" can prepare drinks out of sight, and then serve them to guests.
Beautiful place. All I would need is the lower level. Georgeous baths; excellent video! 👏

Awesome job Jordan.

Good for them, keeping that cool wood and investing in character.
Observation: Cash doesn't growl-talk and slam doors and drawers in a $6MM property (but he still shows everything we want to see.)

Gorgeous closet.
Totally agree with you on Dunkin 🥴🤢🤮 lol Boston Cream doughnut is the only thing worth eating there. Gorgeous place though!!
Coffee table book great idea 💡
