      We take weightages according to the sequence we follow as we can see in this video . OR ELSE one more way to put weightages is just put the omega(w)base (THe bit u r doing) on the power to the even numbers .

      W = e ^ -j 2pi n/N you can calculate the values for each by substituting the superscript and subscript
      Also, e^jk=cos k + j sin k
