I got a BenQ monitor for gaming and it does pretty decent blacks for a LED display, they def know how to do backlighting well.

I remember when PS5 was released,I couldn’t find 1 Damn! Monitor because it wasn’t out yet so I had to wait a few Months to buy 1 and now they’re dropping new 4K 120hz HDMI 2.1 every few Months from every Company that makes Monitors
Most of them aren't even worth it imo. Waaay too overpriced.
Does it have a fan? Does it emit any electrical buzzing? Incredible that I have to ask, but I've been burned by LG and Asus monitors recently. Oh and can you control brightness with ddi/ci (apps like monitorian)?

I just recently got the LG 32GQ950 and I love it. I kind of want to give the Ben monitor a try as well, I've heard good things about their displays.
Good specs to boot this seems like a winner! (its 1,399 AUD for me)
Might as well pick up the LG 42 inch C2 Oled for that price…
I thought also that a TV would be the better choice instead if it comes only to consoles 🤔

@@Arno641 im still liking the monitor but I do wish I brought the 4k one but 1440p screen is pretty good but when playing sea of thieves it just gets too dark at night time n can’t brighten it up but other games I play like hogwarts legacy looks amazing n I do fine the monitor works better with a ps5 on Xbox u gotta mess around with the screen settings to get a nice picture
Hello is the backlight control option active when display hdr is turned on...for my ex2710u the backlight control option is greyed out on display hdr..

Hi I just got the monitor, is very very dim. Brightness and contracts is 100 and bi is greyed out. On pc or console Same issue. No hdr is on and very very dim. Please help.
Ron, do you know how many nits this puts out? It’s not listed in the amazon or official product pages.
it says the brightness is 300 nits and can be up to 600 nits on product page. hope this help if it's the answer you're looking for;)
This is exactly what i'm looking for in a monitor. Ahead of new gpus releasing I want to have a 144hz 4K Monitor with Freesync. Can't decide between nvidia and AMD yet, and a monitor and GPU are two things I'm not too eager to upgrade often. So 144hz perfect. Freesync perfect for my fickle brand loyalty lol.

Way too expensive for 27 inches. Nice though. I'd pay 400 tops. You can get a 65 inch oled 4k with HDR for like 1200 to 1500 on sale. Who would pay almost 1k for a tiny monitor 😆
