People or Mets fans has to understand that Lindor may be some of the problem, but it is not all on him, this TEAM is called NYM not Francisco Lindor's team, he can only do so much in helping the team to push forward. He says all the right things in saying that the TEAM has to be accountable for their short comings & let's not forget that he is one or the few that bust his ass on & off the field to get things right for himself & the team. It takes 26 - 40 players to win it all & not just on 1 player.

Team meeting is the right thing to do. Baseball is not one player's game, but it is a teamwork game. If one player causes a problem, it is the team's problem. If the Mets fans want to blame Lopez or Lindor, it is just a blame game, never ending. I wouldn't be a fan of a team where finger-pointing games are repeated, which would never improve anything on the performance, on the attitudes, or on the entire baseball games.

Everybody is scared of this guy he might look frail on TV but he’s the most powerful man in baseball with the biggest pockets. It’s getting disgusting and admit to your wrongdoings David Stern if not I’m gonna come for you no not physically I’m not a retard I’m talking about verbally and intellectually here are my thoughts.! “The New York Mets are facing significant challenges, and it may be time for a strategic change, starting with the team’s management. David Stearns is undoubtedly a smart and capable President of Operations, but he must confront a crucial misstep: hiring a manager with no Major League playing experience. It’s akin to a swim coach who has never learned to swim critiquing your breaststroke technique. If Mr. Stearns truly wants to rectify the situation and rid the clubhouse of its toxic atmosphere, he should consider replacing Manager Mendoza. While I have nothing personal against him, his lack of Major League experience is a significant barrier. Admitting this error could be the first step in turning the team’s fortunes around.” Fire, Mendoza, stop playing games. This would never happen under Beltran. How would you expect Lindor to respect the managers opinion by telling Lindor a major league player that his batting techniques are wrong this guy has never played major league baseball unlike Beltran no one‘s gonna respect him on a subconscious level get rid of Mendoza and people in the media stop being scared of David Stearns. He made one mistake this off-season hiring Mendoza end of story and I don’t wanna hear talk about how badly each player is doing. It’s the team that’s bad because of the manager.

Steve Cohen is laughing all the way to the bank he dont care if the team stinks. While New Yorkers go broke and prices soar while salaries go down.
According to Forbes The New York Mets generated $139 million in operating income at Citi Field in 2023-an all-time high since the ballpark opened in 2009-according to financial statements filed by the team with the New York City Industrial Development Agency.
The record operating income (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) came despite the team finishing with a record of 75-87 and missing the postseason. In 2022, the Mets won 101 games and had three playoff games at Citi Field (the San Diego Padres won the Wild Card Series) that raked in $8.7 million in revenue.
The Mets win every year and the foolish Mets fan pay to suffer while Cohen lines his pockets off your misery, the Mets never lose when it comes to the bottom line which is money
