The price of land is fixed. So many factors come into play when buying land. Let's just say that $10000 can buy a plot almost anywhere.
Just discovered your channel. What kind of communities are these? Meaning middle class etc. Do they have good ISP infrastructure. And what the relative price for a plot in US$. Thanks.
This is a middle class community. Upper middle class even. Once the roads are paved or when tarmac is laid, it'll be a good place.
Prices range between $6000 to $8000 per 100 square meter of land in this area.

I tried that. After realizing that 3 of the same locals give different answers, I knew I had to rely on common sense. But for the sake of entertainment, it's all good.

How are the hospitals in Burundi? are they good? or fair?
It depends on the standard of the person looking to make that assessment. Hospitals however come in different grades here, grades that are defined by the cost mostly.

There's is no fixed price. The cost of land depends on allot of factors. Such as (location, development in the area, financial situation of the seller, etc)
