good evening, technical brother, I'm from Venezuela. I love your repair tutorials, especially those of Konica Minolta. those machines..thank you friend.
This really helps me a bunch of times. Lately though, I clean, works but then after several prints like 100 sheets, the line comes back. I'd really like to see how you vacuum out excess toner, or process of changing the cleaning blade.
Hello Boss, hope you are doing well! I have my KONICA 3070L which no longer gives the exact colors and I would like to have some suggestions to help me. Thanks 🙏
Is there any further cleaning of the blade besides brushing and vacuuming? Also, what can you clean the transfer belt with? Every time I run NCR it leaves so much residue behind on the blade and transfer belt that Konica is telling me they will no longer cover it in the service agreement because it’s not “authorized paper”. Their only “authorized NCR paper” hasn’t been available for over a year. Konica is no help, and I have to outsource all NCR jobs now. Any advice?
HI, i have a develop 3070L, I bought it new, not many prints yet, at the beggining, when i was printing, 350gsm, velvet paper, and the business cards i was printing were mostly black, the glossiness it was achieving it was llike it had a varinsh on it. Now it seems this has been lost. Same settings, same file, but the printing is more smooth. The service says that this is normal, but i rememberthat it was ultra gloss, althought the paper was velvet. I am not sure about the paper quality though, althougn i buy from the same. Any ideas, what might be wrong? or what settings to use, to see which is the more glossy i can get? Any help would be appreciated...
Maybe try to change your paper settings to a heavier paper. This will slow it down and heat the paper more. Other than that, you can adjust fuser pressure, fuser temperature and a few other things in expert adjust mode. Hope that helps.
I got the solution. Theres a hidden screw on the left of the case but right of where the main power is. Thank you for the video I was able to clean a line that was bothering my prints.
its not necessary to turn off the machine. you can go to parts counters on service menu ;) i recommend to change cleaning blade with side seals every 200k! protects drums an transfer belt life!
Just A Printer thanks for the reply. You know how they always want to sell you a new machine. I get along great with my c1060. Now the new thing they are pushing is a envelope fuser to run envelopes on it. Also the acurrio shine unit. To add foil or a shine to prints out of the machine. Have you tried to print envelopes on a Konica minolta?
@@willarmentor5529 Yes, my 1070 came with an envelope fuser, didn't really want it because I always doubted fusers and envelopes. Inkjet or offset are still king for long run envelopes but if you are doing less than a few thousand, the Konica envelope fuser is handy.
Just A Printer I got a ijetcolor nxt. But for some jobs I need to match output of my 1060. The nxt is a good machine but it is delicate as far as being a inkjet. The print head clogs if you don’t print on it everyday. Printhead cost over $600 bucks. Also they tell me I need to run the envelopes with the flap open on the fuser. Ain’t nobody, got time for that. Lol By the way where do you get the manuals to repair the Konica’s? Thanks for replying.
@@willarmentor5529 Haha, I run them with the flap closed with good results. I found manuals online. email me at justaprinterman@gmail.com if you need one for a c1070/60
Hello could plzzz help with my yellow developer is making funning thing its getting out even on mirror getting over even though i change the developer..... Thanx in advance
@@justaprinter The screws with the purple shell do not go back in. I'll screw and screw and there's no friction. it's like the screws can't reach the other side due to the purple shell it's housed in.

Check the counters and replaced parts that are past their life.
Thanks for you video. If the toner line is yellow, is it cleaning blade problem in yellow drum unit?
Most likely a yellow drum problem. A bad cleaning blade will leave dark colored lines.

Not sure what that machine is rated for.
I need to change the drum of my C3080, do you have any video on that?
Sorry I don't yet. It would be about the same as the konica c6500 I assume.
For you to access the 3rd screw, how do you open the cover. Mine is holding tight.

Don't bother they are pretty much the same machine. I do like the anti-static feature on the c3070 though. Before the 3070 I had a c8000.
