This is the second beehive DIY that I have watched, but I just love that you used a middle size plant pot and painted the bee opening on he hive. I have a lot of plant pots sitting around my house doing nothing. (smile) Great job!

Mine didn't go in narrow at the top when I got to the very top, but I did use an extra large flower pot any suggestions how to get the hole covered in? Thanks Joan

Why do most making a bee skep feel like the hole has to be large? Bees are small. No I don't expect teeny tiny, but I think this is another that is too big for the beautiful piece you've made. It is very cute though. My first one didn't turn out well at all because I used the wrong kind of rope. Learned my lesson real quick. All that time wasted. I still put it on my window shelf. Doesn't look too awful, but could be better. Blessings, L :)
Maybe because the bees you find for this decor AREN'T so tiny....and the hole matches their size "just right!" 😊😎🖒🖒❤
