Bonnie, the MiniMed 770G system is an insulin pump system and replaces the need for MDI. You can learn more here: bit.ly/33ixaS5

    Rob
I have been using auto mode for a few years but I feel like it runs higher than I like. I have probably made it worse because I do fake Carb bolus to bring it down. I definitely need to be better at actual carb counting. Any suggestions?

I like the 670G. I started wearing the 770g 3 weeks ago. I do not like it. I feel it allows me to stay on the higher side. I went back to my 670 for a week to prove my point. I like to stay around 125 - 150 and it is easy, I can fully to expect that while wearing the 670g. It's not acceptable to be in a higher range as I am trying to preserve my life. I consume between 20 and 50 carbs per day. New pump lets me wake up at 310. I'm having a bad feeling about my new pump, returning to my 670 as it confirms my diligence is paying off. So disappointed with what was described to me to be a better pump.

I completely agree, I hate the 770g! My sugars definitely run higher while in auto mode. I definitely not happy with guardian 3 sensor because it is not accurate at all.

We'd be happy to look into this, as both pumps use the same algorithms. Please give our team a call at 800.646.4633 option #1.

Been on auto mode for 3 months. I have a 770G with the Guardian sensor. I am having lows almost every morning between 3-6a. What can I do to prevent this??? I am very discouraged. I should also note that my BG gets down to 120 it drops like a rock within minutes, nearly always into the 60's within 15-20 minutes.

Hi, Marc. This is a good conversation to have with your healthcare provider as an update to your settings may be needed.
