There is no way in hell i would be living in there until the roofing is repaired or replaced and the ceilings replaced. That mold is a killer. Still intriguing to watch and well done for giving it a crack and documenting the journey.
Whoa, look at you clean! You sure have a lot of energy and so much filth under control, it would have taken me so much longer. I think, maybe, you should be wearing a mask dealing with years of dust, mold & mildew; maybe gloves too.

Good old Avon lol , love the bed as well . Your homes looking great already , exciting. 😊 we also had snake skins in our roof . Our place was empty for several years before we bought it . Plus a bonus family of possums , used to rampage through my wardrobe at 3am .

I am just watching this video a month after you released it. Not sure if you have discovered them yet but you can purchase drill brushes from Bunnings to clean the grout and tiles. We have recently done my late parents house and it made it so much easier and quick. Much better than a toothbrush. We sprayed cleaning vinegar on them first and let it sit for about 5 minutes then hit it with the drill and drill brush. The stiffer brushes do a better job than the medium ones.

CLR is awesome for removing calcium and lime scale in bathrooms and toilets. You just need to leave it for a few hours or so.. sometimes overnight but will clean tge toilet and tiles.
You guys are doing fabulous and some antiques found along the way.

Vinegar is much cheaper, in the cleaning aisle of Coles-Worth. Last bottle I bought was $2 for 2 litres and labelled 'cleaning vinegar'.

Gloves and mask, I think, for the clean-up. Those old Avon bottles are probably worth something. You have a treasure trove of vintage things to sell which should help with the costs of purchase, clean and reno. You are doing a great job. I live on the Sunshine Coast and I know how expensive bayside Brisbane can be.

I was wondering when you would see the signs that you have slithering house guests. Expect that skin shedding to be a regular thing. Btw, that thing that you found in the kitchen with London on it... I think it could be a bar tap.😊

It must be so rewarding with each room and area you clean up. Good job guy’s, make sure you use plenty of bleach everywhere, & Bomb ur roof & ceiling cavity, that should help to control any unwanted pests, insects & rodents. Good job, its coming up a treat.

Sprinkle cinnamon around your house to keep snakes away. They hate the smell and won’t go near it. Great job on the cleaning 😊

We will be replacing the toilet and the old mattress was put in the garage until we can get an industrial bin delivered….😊
