Ngl, I actually rewatched the original VOD to make sure it wasn't shiny and it seems to be normal. The fins would be yellowish in color and the green would be a bit lighter. My mic cut out on me and it threw me out of my normal routine, which is why the clip is cut weird and the reaction is a little off lol.
That articuno was shiny, white tummy, lighter tone of feathers and a lighter crown

I am also pretty sure it was shiny because later on in this video you pan over a masculine and it's green is a bit darker. I could be wrong.
