Good message. I wonder about food. There are Christians, even pastors, who overeat and/or eat unhealthy foods which cause obesity and disease. Yet, they make light of it. I believe that falls under sin as we should take care of our bodies.
@@margrose5 And where and when were the WAYS of the New Covenant established? You know that the prophets Jeremiah and Ezekiel spoke of this future New Covenant and Holy Spirit? We are also warned of false deceiving spirits that will cause disobedience. How can we tell the TRUTH? It will ALWAYS Obey God, as Jesus did. The LAWLESS ONE is the one who comes lying and deceiving us to break God's Laws. Here are the words of the PROPHETS referencing God's TRUE New Covenant for ALL people, and His TRUE Spirit...... 31 “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will make a NEW COVENANT with the house of ISRAEL and with the house of JUDAH (we must be grafted in), 32 not like the covenant which I made with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which THEY BROKE, although I was a husband to them,” declares the Lord. 33 “But this is the COVENANT which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” declares the Lord, “I will put My LAW WITHIN THEM and ON THEIR HEART I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people...... 17 Therefore say, ‘Thus says the Lord God, “I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you out of the countries among which you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.”’ 18 When they come there, they will remove all its detestable things and all its abominations from it. 19 And I will give them one heart, and put a NEW SPIRIT WITHIN THEM. And I will take the heart of STONE out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh, 20 that they may WALK IN MY STATUTES and KEEP MY ORDINANCES and DO THEM. THEN they will be My people, and I shall be their God..... 26 Moreover, I will give you a NEW HEART (circumcised to obey) and put a NEW SPIRIT within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put MY SPIRIT WITHIN YOU and CAUSE YOU TO WALK IN MY STATUTES, and you will be CAREFUL to OBSERVE MY ORDINANCES.
@@margrose5 The New Covenant is not NEW LAWS, it is the invitation to the BANQUET FEAST of God for ALL PEOPLE! Remember the parable? All are now invited to the TABLE to eat of God's glorious unleavened and SIN FREE Bread! We are ALL to come to CONSUME the WORD of God, we are ALL to be WASHED IN THE WATER OF HIS WORD! We are all given Robes of RIGHTEOUSNESS ("They Law is righteous"). Remember the parable of the prodigal son? He returns HOME (repents of breaking God's Law) to FEAST with His Father. His OLDER brother (Jews/Judah) is jealous of the Father welcoming him home. He was LOST, and dead in Sin (breaking covenant Laws), but now is Home!
Then ok lemme address what made me press on your video. Living in the world right and loving the things of this world is a sin. We all agree on this as Christians. But my gray area is that I want my own home SOOOOOO badly. I've spent 5 out of 8 years of my marriage living with others. And I don't want just any home but a custom home (honestly it's cheaper to build a house from the ground up then buy a house and renovate it). I have my dream house in my head for YEARS. I also know what my dream house is in heaven. But like I really love interior design and architecture. It's my passions and hobbies. So I know exactly how my mud room to my bed room, bathroom, living room everything will look like. One of our fellow Christians call this being lukewarm and being a lover of the world or loving things of this world. Maybe I'm wrong. Though I struggle and push myself to pray and read rhe Bible I still make an effort to do it. I even got baptised today. Like I love the lord and I'm serious about the lord but I also physically live in this world. I don't want to live in a small 2 bedroom apartment any longer then I have (5 years) with 4 adults and one small child. I just don't I also want a garden, and green house, and chickens. I want to adopt a daughter but I need my own house. I don't even own my own car and I swear because I've been struggling with laziness the reaping is being zero. I'm a stay at home mom so other then cooking, cleaning, and taking care of my son I don't have anything else to do. Someone tell me if I'm wrong.
I have a question, I fear everything is a sin to the point of queationing litterly everything I read, watch, play and do. I find myself jumping from one thing to another to be scared/uncomfortable with, which leads me to wonder, how do i know if its fear or conviction?
Conviction is pretty stapled in your heart. You either feel it’s wrong or right. Fear and anxiety on the other hand will often make your mind race; you end up spiraling and, as you seem to be experiencing, questioning everything. It’s very common to feel this way so you’re not alone in this! If you ever have a question about _anything_ always go to the Bible and kneel before your Lord your God. Always read God’s words and pray to Him for wisdom and guidance. Very often the devil will use doubt and fear against you. Satan is a deceiver and will do anything to misdirect you including plunging your heart into needless fear. If there is nothing in the Bible saying that what you’re doing is a sin, then you’re alright. However, If you continually feel guilty doing it, then don’t do it anymore. If you are doing it out of pleasure for yourself or to please the world, then don’t do it. Do things to please the Lord and to bring Him glory. I guess a question you can ask yourself is “Is my heart yearning to bring glory to God when I do this, or am I trying to please someone else?” Most importantly, you need to remember this: nothing you can do will ever separate you from God’s love. You are saved by His grace alone and not by your good works. Thus, don’t be afraid that you’ve somehow lost your salvation because you feel like you can’t be a good enough Christian (none of us can ever be good enough, otherwise we wouldn’t need Jesus’ sacrifice). Salvation is a free gift that you receive when you fully trust in Jesus Christ as your savior. God will take care of you and it’s important to trust in His plan and that He won’t forsake you. Do not fret over the small things since God has taken care of _all_ the important and hard things for you. It’s okay to feel scared, unsure, anxious, doubtful, and even depressed or hopeless- God does not condemn this- but be sure to bring it all to Him and He will aid you. Again, pray to God for wisdom and guidance. Also pray for comfort as it seems you need this; God is the greatest comforter. You are safely held in His righteous hands and He is stuck to you like glue.
This sounds like legalism.it’s demonic, where the spirit of the lord is there is freedom, conviction brings repentance and a desire and excitement to do right, condemnation brings confusion and guilt.there is no condemnation in Christ
Hey Kaci, you quoted the wrong chapter at the beginning of the video!!! At the beginning, you stated romans 4 instead of 14. I got confused so I had to look it up in my Bible to make sure I wasn't wrong. Just wanted to help you on that if you didn't catch it❤
What about like hobbies? Like I enjoy playing video games, that is something satisfying of self. But couldn’t that be said of all hobbies? They are self seeking and not necessarily always beneficial? So where do those fit into this?
How about Pop/rock music, or country, or older metal or symphonic metal music? What about women wearing things that are not at or below the knees, or that shows some of their chest or upper arms? What if you like horror shorts or scary or horror movies? Are those sinful, or within Christian liberty?
The way I see it is this. In music, it’s all about the lyrics (at least for me), I’m a metalhead and screams aren’t demonic representations as people think, it’s just an artistic tool to exalt emotion. Every metalcore band I listen to is christian. Now, with scary movies and stuff, idk why some christians get so shaken up by those saying “you’re opening the doors to evil spirits”, it reminds me of that story with Jesus and his disciples on the boat, Jesus was asleep in the middle of a storm, the disciples were so scared that they woke up Jesus, but he rebuked them and said “where’s your faith?”. I think it’s silly to be scared of a scary movie when you have faith in Christ. Or to think that gore will make you sin, I mean, if watching someone killing another person (in a movie of videogame of course) makes you do that in real life you have waaaay bigger problems than worrying about if it’s sin or not, you should be praying day and night for deliverance.
Hey,if im unsure if something is a sin or im doing something with a wrong purpose, can u call God to use that activity(in this case its working out, sometimes i get a little prideful but i repent and i feel wrong while flexing in the mirror but other than than that im honoring the temple of the Holy spirit). Now i know that whatever has doubt i should give it up,the issue is,everything i do feels sinful, for 5 months every single activity i do during the day feels wrong.Slowly other things are starting to feel like a sin.Wheter it is playing a video game(that i dont idolize neither leads me to sin),working out, singing a song that is NOT secular etc. I dont know what to do and im going crazy.
I would like to ask you one question do you believe in Jesus Christ as your lord and savior because the Bible even said he said come unto me God is also love Jesus also because Jesus is God and you almost know that
Is sexual immorality a sin because PAUL says so, or because GOD says so? Is murder a SIN because God says so? Christians act as if Paul had authority to change God's Laws, which God gave forever. But Paul KEPT God's Laws, Sabbath, and Feasts. Who would desire for us to DISOBEY? Who would twist Paul's words? Why would God or Jesus teach disobedience and rebellion to God's Laws? Have you ever read Deuteronomy 28 and all the Blessings in OBEYING God's Laws? Have you ever read Psalm 1? Psalm 19? Or Psalm 119????
The Bible doesn't say anything specifically to this issue, so I can't - and shouldn't - tell you definitively whether or not you should stop. Some general, principles, though: 1) When you listen to secular music, does it make you feel uneasy - as if you might be sinning, but you're not 100% sure? If so, don't listen to it - you can't listen to it to God's glory if you're unsure if it's right, and so at that point it does become sin for you. 2) If you don't feel convicted in this way, I would take it on a song-by-song basis. Would you listen to that song if Christ was sat next to you? If you would, then it's probably alright. If not, I would again give it a miss. We have the Holy Spirit dwelling within us, and so it's really important that we are listening to that which will not grieve Him. Hope this helps! So brilliant that you're asking these questions and seeking to honour the Lord in your music choices - this has challenged me too, so thank you. :)
Atento a dino was this in whatever woman go with a married man that's and self is a curse I know that much see I'm a man and I'm not going with nobody until I get to realize what God is going to tell me what to do I am the one
The only reason why you think there are grey areas in the bible, is because you're looking at Subjectively, from a protestant point of view. To see that there are no grey areas in the bible, you need to look at it, Objectively as in what is actually written, in other words read the bible in the same way you would read a mathematical equation ie; when you see 1+1=2. Then read it as 1+1=2 not 1+1= whatever number, you think you my like it to equal.
There are NO GRAY areas in scripture, the WORD of God. The only gray areas come from either our ignorance, deception of the enemy, or our lustful flesh that justifies sin..... John says. "Sin is TRANSGRESSION of the LAW." Like it's always been since the beginning, sin is breaking God's Laws!
@@janellegrace3460 Do you think in this vague letter Paul is setting down ALL NEW commands of God? Do you think He is casually telling people to break God's Holy Sabbath, do you believe he so casually is cancelling ALL of God's food Laws? How does Satan cause people to DISOBEY GOD and rebel against His WORD (Jesus). "Did God REALLY Say......?????" Yup, God REALLY said what is to be considered food, and what is NOT food. It began with clear authority, "Speak unto the children of Israel." Were these the WORD of God? Jesus? He is God's perfect WORD made flesh. But now you want me, and others to SIN against God because YOU agree when Paul said, "Let each be fully convinced in his own mind."????? So I ask you, how do you know what Paul is addressing in his letter? What if they wrote him asking about FASTING and he's instructing them saying, it doesn't matter what DAY, or if weaker people eat vegetables (a Daniel Fast), they are all fasting for God.???? What if Paul's letters were instructional, but BASED ON the foundation of scripture that was ALREADY set? Satan masquerades as an ANGEL OF LIGHT, and leads a REBELLION AGAINST GOD. Our hearts are WICKED and REBELLIOUS, and most want nothing to do with God's Laws. The prophets explain this problem in the latter days when false prophets will not even teach God's Laws because the people will WANT TO HEAR LIES..... Bind up the testimony, Seal the law among my disciples.....Should not a people seek their God? Should they seek the dead on behalf of the living? 20 To the LAW AND to the TESTIMONY! Romans 14, not 4.....19 Therefore let us pursue the things which make for peace (peace and restoration in obedience to God) and the things by which one may edify (profit and teach correctly) another. 20 Do not destroy the work (RIGHTEOUS LAWS) of God for the sake of food (God already ORDAINED what is food and what is NOT FOOD). All things indeed are pure, but it is evil for the man who eats with offense. 21 It is good neither to eat meat nor drink wine nor do anything by which your brother stumbles or is offended or is made weak. 22 Do you have faith (DO YOU BELIEVE GOD'S LAWS ARE TRUE AND WE SHOULD FOLLOW JESUS IN OBEDIENCE)? Have it to yourself before God. Happy is he who does not condemn himself in what He (God) approves. 23 But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith (obedience and hope in God's WORD/Law/Jesus); for whatever is not from faith (obedience) is sin (transgression, breaking God's Law).
Paul is a liar, and I’m surprised at how many people quotehim to prove a point. Why doesn’t anyone “Jesus anymore? I love your videos, but this one didn’t sit right with me.
I'm not convinced Paul is a liar..... as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures...... This is Peter's warning about Paul's letters! I would say they were fully aware that people would use Paul's words to condone lawlessness because they were UNTAUGHT in God's HOLY scriptures which contain ALL of His LAWS!
@@LightSeekers777 Jesus told us there’s going to be a wolf in sheep‘s clothing who says they’re anointed and they’re coming to lead his people astray. He said the person’s going to say they saw Him in the desert and even though Jesus gave very descriptive warnings his sheep still turn away from Him. In revelation chapter 2 Jesus praised the church of Ephesus for rejecting a man presenting himself as an apostle and identifying him as a liar Jesus expects for us to examine the Scriptures to determine who this person is because if we don’t then we we run the risk of following this person. And if we’re following this person we’re not following Jesus. There are things we need to know about this person; this person claimed to see Jesus on a road in the desert after Jesus told us that his false teacher would come and say that they saw Jesus on the road in the desert. Paul had no witnesses even though we may have been told that he had witnesses but Luke only wrote what Paul told him too. Luke did not actually witness it, no one witnessed it. Jesus said in the book of John “but if a man testifies of himself his testimony is invalid” and these are things that we as Christians don’t pay attention to in the Bible but we really do need to open our eyes to it. Paul is the only man in the entire Bible that claimed that Jesus appeared to him in the desert and gave him a special mystery gospel never before revealed to anyone else. The only one who claimed that he himself and the other two apostles that he named our anointed ones. I’m not saying Paul wasn’t a good writer because he was, but just like the devil does he peppers little truths within his lies to make it just believable enough that people will follow him. He makes things sound good and fancy but it’s just enough to deceive those of us who aren’t paying close attention.

God's Laws are forever, God doesn't change. The verse you're referring to was not in the original scripture. Most good translations tell you that. .... Let's just say that God stated His food Laws about 50-100 times clearly You want me to believe that someone who claims he knew what Jesus REALLY meant when describing how dirty hands don't make a person unclean? Sorry, but that's NOT the voice of God or Jesus! It's a deception causing many to DISOBEY. In the prophets it says when He returns He will find people hiding behind the WRONG TREE in the garden EATING SWINE'S FLESH! Revelation claims UNCLEAN people will not enter His kingdom. And the prophets warn the end times teachers will not know the difference between Holy and unholy, clean and unclean, and they will NOT be teaching God's Laws, to their shame!

I have a question,
I fear everything is a sin to the point of queationing litterly everything I read, watch, play and do.
I guess a question you can ask yourself is “Is my heart yearning to bring glory to God when I do this, or am I trying to please someone else?”
Most importantly, you need to remember this: nothing you can do will ever separate you from God’s love.
Glad to know I’m not the only one.
Hey Kaci, you quoted the wrong chapter at the beginning of the video!!! At the beginning, you stated romans 4 instead of 14. I got confused so I had to look it up in my Bible to make sure I wasn't wrong. Just wanted to help you on that if you didn't catch it❤

Hi Kaci,
I am just struggling with this thought !
Is wearing a moderate makeup a sin ?
Please help me 😮
What about like hobbies? Like I enjoy playing video games, that is something satisfying of self. But couldn’t that be said of all hobbies? They are self seeking and not necessarily always beneficial? So where do those fit into this?
Bro same, for me its games and working out(none of it do i idolize nor leads me to sin) im going crazy tbh...
@@lmao3070 I know. It’s definitely a struggle.

@@shopekuax2067 fair enough
I have a question I keeping a secret a sin?
I keep commenting a question, but RUclips keeps deleting it? I just want help from unbiased Christians.
To you understand Jesus have you ever went hungry
It’s Romans 14:20ff
Is it ok to listen to secular music? I ike to listen to some japanese musics and I don't know if I should stop.
Please can somebody help me?
The Bible doesn't say anything specifically to this issue, so I can't - and shouldn't - tell you definitively whether or not you should stop. Some general, principles, though:
1) When you listen to secular music, does it make you feel uneasy - as if you might be sinning, but you're not 100% sure?
God bless ❤ Praise the Lord our Savior! Please Pray for Israel and Palestine

Romans 14..Let every man be persuaded in his own mind
@@janellegrace3460 What do YOU THINK Paul is talking about in this chapter?
Why do people think Jesus came with a whole new religion?

But you can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you. His word hidden in our heart so we might not sin against Him. Ever read Psalm 1 or Psalm 119? Our hearts are WICKED and REBELLIOUS, and most want nothing to do with God's Laws. The prophets explain this problem in the latter days when false prophets will not even teach God's Laws because the people will WANT TO HEAR LIES.....
Bind up the testimony,

Ummm, you forgot the obvious and most important..... Is it in opposition to any of God's Laws? God doesn't change!

You should BE CAREFUL what you teach.... 17 “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets.
