I just watched a video by Tim Flagler on tying tips. He mentioned you as being an amazing fly tier but then we that follow you already knew that. Thank you for the great videos.
Davie, thank you for explaining everything before you began to tie.
Another masterclass of tying.
I think spey feathers will be perfect for making a body hackle in this pattern, to imitate shrimp on Baltic seatrout. Thanks for another inspiratoin Davie!
Wow! I have some dyed Mallard that I can use to tie a Crawdad pattern, Thanks for the idea! I don't fish streamers ( lures) much but that looks incredible.
Stunnig fly Davie , beautifully tied with great colour combination
Very nice Davie.
Beautiful pattern , well done
Hello again Davey. Nice simple shrimp pattern. You tied other shrimp flies before and I wanted to adapt it for bonefish, but didn’t get the chance. I’ll tie this one and try it on my next flats trip and let you know how it works out. Thanks for the continued source of learning, sharing and inspiration.
Very Nice color combination, think a very good catcher for seetrout , thanks for sharing 👍🏻
Супер ! Спасибо за идею!👍👍
Super cool, i will tie a bunch of this !
Another great looking fly thanks for taking the time to share this one with us. Really looking forward to your next one.
Beautiful color combination. Great pattern. Thanks for sharing, Mr McPhail.
I like how sparse this shrimp pattern is. I have to try making a crawfish with this method. Thanks for sharing!

Hello Davie, I promet to you that a shrimp like that could put me completely crazy 🤪
I will tye and try this down here in the lagoona madre south padre island this week.
I thought you were growing a black goatee for the first couple seconds of the video, Davie. That’s one bushy microphone cover 😂
🔥😊
i would love it if you tied my fly i made up and caught my first salmon on , i described it last video in the comments , since you are doing these long hackles with the duck flank. i am having a terrible day and need some gratification from strangers lol
That would be great if he were to tie it.
