I do want to point out that actual military spec flat cars had 3 axle trucks under them for the weight of tanks although you will find military vehicles also being carried on commercial built flat cars with the normal 2 axle trucks. I did noticed you had one flat car with 3 axle trucks at screen 1:26. The 3 axle truck flat cars I mentioned were government owned and they have been selling them off over the years.

Great build on the 3 axle Military flat. This is the first time I see someone actually build a proper "Military Spec" 3 axle truck flat car. Nice....
