I love that Andy played How To Disappear Completely. It's always cool when Andy plays something that strays a little from the straight ahead rock sound.
I bought one of these about 8 months ago. Absolutely my favourite pedal in my collection. Cranked right up, you can literally be swimming in verb, and still have a gorgeous clean and clear tone. Amazing pedal.
Mine came in the mail yesterday and I love it already. Blows my old reverb pedal out of the water (T-Rex tone bug reverb, blech). I was tempted by the recent Hardwire Supernatural reverb demos, but already have a TC delay and this seemed like a better match. Thanks PGS!
Andy, these video demos just keep getting better and better- I just about crapped a kitten when I heard "Dancing Naked Ladies" pop up. Kudos for making video gear demos that feature actual music!
Just bought this from you guys, along with a Voodoo Labs Micro Vibe, Lovepedal Silicon Fuzz Master, and a VFE Alpha Dog. I'm glad I could finally make a purchase through you guys, as your demos have helped me immensely over the last few years. Thanks so much PGS!
Old fashioned spring reverb ..like from an old Fender amp the best!!! Solid state reverb has that wave like reverb ..like echo echo echo.when spring reverb has a big solid smooth deep reverb..
I have played both at a local store, id go with the TC. sounds more organic and you can really hear the reverbs depth and space rather than just making the last note swell and drag on. though the best advice is to do what i did, play both and see what you like.
I've been using guitar pedals to record vocals lately (dynamic mic with an xlr to 1/4" cable), mic into my "Big Crush" compressor, followed by a slap-echo. Also sometimes use my SD twin tube blue in place of the compressor. Good setup for a "psychobilly" slap-back sound with analog compression and/or slight tube saturation and compression in front, BUT for reverb, I only have rackmount digital vocals processors because I love my amp's reverb for guitar. THIS may be VERY useful for me on VOCALS!
Amazing pedal, absolutely amazing for playing shoegaze and alternate rock. Just keep in mind, it doesn't come with AC adapter or battery, so make sure to get a 9V battery or 9V 100mA power adapter with it! Besides that, awesome pedal.
I'm not ready to surrender an M-One XL or an M2000 for this yet. Sounds and looks like a really cool Rock and roll toy. If you are rushing and don't have time to cook, a sandwich is never too bad. I like it more than Mr. Springy from Lee Jackson because you can tweak more and it's stereo. I like stereo.
This passed my test where I read with sound in the background and don't go "ew that sounded like crap" and lose my place. An achievement for RUclips vids also.
Yes, TC Electronics is making some great pedals. I am ordering this pedal to manage the verb on my new CierraTone HRM 100. BTW,...try the Dark Matter overdrive pedal. It`s like having a JCM 900 in a can. Goes from nice and thick for Stevie Ray solos and goes to the narly tones of ZZ Top to Rob Zombie
Anyone else think Andy should start doing track listings? I'm definitely thinking about picking one of these up especially for the price, I could probably sell my old Digitech PDS3000 at a profit too. I'm just afraid to give up reverse reverb.
@proguitarshop In front of a tiny terror combo(it has no mids control) linked to pedal board do I put the HOFR after or before the distortion/fuzzes???? If so what do I use between true bypass and the buffering????
Andy, I have a question. Would you use this reverb in a Twin Reverb set up? I mean, if one's planning to get the Twin, and you're planning to get a reverb pedal as well, it MUST be usable. Thanks!
@Kaizeppelin I've been trying to decide between these two pedals. I'm looking to use a marshall jtm45 style amp, which reverb do you think would work better? I'm looking for one that won't affect my tone very much.
i have a vox ac4tv amp and a boss super chorus pedal, i have the mxr fullbore metal pedal but it seams the distortion is too much, im looking for an 80's style distortion any help? im looking into an overdrive or tubescreamer anything else i should look at?

This may be the best tone I've ever heard on a youtube pedal demo
LITTLE WING!! Wait, nope, nevermind.
Mine came in the mail yesterday and I love it already. Blows my old reverb pedal out of the water (T-Rex tone bug reverb, blech). I was tempted by the recent Hardwire Supernatural reverb demos, but already have a TC delay and this seemed like a better match. Thanks PGS!
HOW TO DISAPPEAR COMPLETELY!!!! That was a beautiful cover Andy, always mesmerised with what you do!
As mentioned before, FUGAZI!
@ShaneDignan - The FX Level is a wet/dry blend. It alters the level of the wet signal while the dry signal remains untouched. Thanks!

Is that Waiting Room I hear by Fugazi?
Andy, these video demos just keep getting better and better- I just about crapped a kitten when I heard "Dancing Naked Ladies" pop up. Kudos for making video gear demos that feature actual music!
the best reverb on the market bar none

I am a patient boy I wait I wait I wait
"I'm plugged into a Deluxe Reverb... without the reverb."
LOL
I never expected to hear a Jesus Lizard riff in a pedal demo! Nicely done!!
"How to Disappear Completely"
Thumbs up if you know Radiohead when you hear it.
Nice Buddy Guy riff.....not many people know that album....brilliant
Love it when Andy plays Radiohead, for this he'd have been in the right to only play their stuff.
The best Reverb pedal in my opinion :)
Old fashioned spring reverb ..like from an old Fender amp the best!!! Solid state reverb has that wave like reverb ..like echo echo echo.when spring reverb has a big solid smooth deep reverb..
As always Andy, Thanks for the awesome video
holy shit that bluesy buddy guy jam at the end tripped me right the hell out ! simply awesome
Sounds so good, if I don't find anything else better, I'm getting this. Great playing.
@StaticRick In front of the DRRi, it doesn't have an effects loop.
Thanks for watching,

"I'm plugged into a Deluxe Reverb...without the reverb..." Haha! nice Andy.

@Kaajasgalvaa he's using his volume for the swell, he turns up the decay so that the reverb time is longer. hope that helps :)
Exit Music for a film and Break on Through and WAITING ROOM?!?!?!
ANDY , YOU ARE A GOD
Oooo. I love how small all of these new pedals are.
I've been using guitar pedals to record vocals lately (dynamic mic with an xlr to 1/4" cable), mic into my "Big Crush" compressor, followed by a slap-echo. Wo-o-o-o-ow, "Baby Please Don't Leave Me." Just...wow.
I'm starting to love TCE.
I just got mine yesterday. So far so good. Love the tones coming out of this thing.
I don't know why I have to listening this over and over again great demo Andy. I think TC hall of fame and the EHX Cathedral both are great 4:57 ufff
10 seconds in and i hear both jimi and the doors... apparently im gonna hear fugazi too :D andy you always play the best tunes
BREAK ON THROUGH TO THE OTHER SIDE!
If its good for the blues, then I'm sold.
Great Intro! Love The Doors!
Amazing pedal, absolutely amazing for playing shoegaze and alternate rock. Just keep in mind, it doesn't come with AC adapter or battery, so make sure to get a 9V battery or 9V 100mA power adapter with it! Besides that, awesome pedal.
Hey Andy!
Downloaded the "Church of Andy" toneprint to my Hall of Fame... sounds great!!!
some amazing riffs and sounds as usual. good job PGS

Can I run 2 lines into this pedal and 1 line out? (I want an A/B switch ahead of it and the ability to combine the lines again at this pedal.)
Hi Andy, does the reverb sound stop immediately when the effect is disengaged, or does it trail on?
This passed my test where I read with sound in the background and don't go "ew that sounded like crap" and lose my place. An achievement for RUclips vids also.
Just got one. Killer unit.
Diigin the Radiohead and Fugazi riffs, great demo
A deluxe reverb without the reverb...it's just a deluxe?
one of the many reasons of my love for PGS is that Andy often plays Radiohead songs
Hell yeah, that's waiting room.
THIS MY FAVORITE PEDAL ON MY BOARD.
omg this pedal is amazing
OH BABY PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME! Oh boy... that sounds just as spectral as on Buddy's record!
woot woot for buddy guy at the end!
just baught this today...its amazing...
How to Disappear Completely. Love it.

@doooomination Thank you very much and glad to be of service!
Dancing Naked Ladies by Jesus Lizard!
Duane D. is one of my favorite guitar players.
Anyone else think Andy should start doing track listings?

6:30 Buddy Guy "Baby Please Don't Leave Me" off his best album ever !!
I found this to be true, as well. My Uncle bought this from GC, and I couldnt believe how similar all the modes sounded. He returned it the next week.
There are quite a few clean examples in this demo.
I I´m Diogo and I´m addicted to guitar pedals
gnarly demo.
Excellent as usual. Was hoping you'd get to the Gate before the end.
@jaxpower1 Thank you, we appreciate your business!
Andy?do you prefer this or the Malekko LE spring chicky??
Yay! The doors! Sweet pedal
Can't decide between this and the EHX Cathedral. Anybody got an opinion on it?
omgg fugazi?!? andy u ROCK holy shittttt
can you explain the tone print setting a little further? great pedal and demo, btw. thanks.
dude what fuzz pedal was he using when he demoed the tone print? that sounded mean!!!
@proguitarshop In front of a tiny terror combo(it has no mids control) linked to pedal board do I put the HOFR after or before the distortion/fuzzes???? If so what do I use between true bypass and the buffering????
ok, universe - should i sell my boss fender reverb '63 pedal to help fund one of these?
Andy, I have a question. Would you use this reverb in a Twin Reverb set up? I mean, if one's planning to get the Twin, and you're planning to get a reverb pedal as well, it MUST be usable. Thanks!
Andy, did you have the reverb in an effects loop, or in front of the amp?
@ProGuitarShopDemos does this get plate shimmer like the Strymon BlueSky or Line6 Verbzilla?
Are all the TC tone prints Mac compatible?
i hear you playing radiohead in your vids. and i love it.
Wich cables are you using in this video ?
@jimivr Neil Young. Think it´s from Harvest, but can´t remember the title.
@Kaizeppelin
I've been trying to decide between these two pedals. I'm looking to use a marshall jtm45 style amp, which reverb do you think would work better? I'm looking for one that won't affect my tone very much.
I tend to agree with the spring reverb folks --I'm still sticking with spring reverb
To me the church mode sounds like a mix of plate and spring reverb. :)
Andy, you got your OWN tone print! how cool is that??
Whats the last Tune called?
Sounds like Black Keys
@ibanezgast Instead it was Break on through to the other side by the Doors which is another awesome song
@dattoboy1 It has a switch on the back that lets you choose between immediately stopping and trailing on.
Andy, wich overdrive did you use for the Fugazi style riff ?
@sparkygroover - Andy used the TC Nova Drive for the dirt tones in this video. Thanks for watching!
-PGS Crew
Would this be good for any Shoegaze type stuff would you say?
You should use that in an effects loop I believe. Are you using it or going straight through the front of the amp?
i have a vox ac4tv amp and a boss super chorus pedal, i have the mxr fullbore metal pedal but it seams the distortion is too much, im looking for an 80's style distortion any help? im looking into an overdrive or tubescreamer anything else i should look at?
Does the FX level knob only affect the volume of the reverb, or can you blend out the dry signal as well?
Can this self-oscillate? And if not what reverb pedals can?
@francescotaranto90 , Yep, that Buddy Guy's "Please Don't Leave Me" from his Sweet Tea album. Some seriously heavy blues work.
FUGAZI! Great demo Andy!
If u use a tiny terror combo and u want good blues sound is the T REX tone bug reverb better choice. The TC HOFR seems to spill too much.
TC Hall of fame or Electro Harmonix Cathedral ??? what do you think ???
