I've been listening to Heart since the 70's. One of my all time rocker chick bands. I just saw them last year at the Hollywood Bowl in LA and they did not disappoint. They still rock!

Ann has a huge voice live that you really don't appreciate hearing a recording. The great thing is they were still having fun after all those years. I was blown away and felt like the 15 boy I was when I first saw them on tv. Fell in love all over again. 😎
Dreamboat Annie is one of the greatest debuts of all-time (IMO). "How Deep It Goes" is another great song from that album. "These Dreams" from a later album features Nancy on lead vocals (lyrics by Bernie Taupin). If you are a fan of Heart, the book "Kicking and Dreaming" by Ann and Nancy is an enjoyable read.
I was fortunate enough to see them in ‘77 in a small arena in Alabama. They were promoting their second LP Little Queen. They opened with “Dream of the Archer” involving acoustic guitars and mandolins. They were standing around an actual campfire! 🔥 I’ll never forget it. 🎵
This was amazing to see done live. I saw them back in 1977 during their tour for the "Little Queen" album. It was on August 16th the day that Elvis died and they dedicated Led Zeppelin's "Rock n Roll" to the King that night during the encore.

"Heart ALIVE In Seattle", which is where they are from. I'm sure the show can probably be had on the internet also, but the sound is incredible and as always they put on an incredible show! They have countless great songs but I recommend both "Straight On" and "Never".

I saw them live Feb 79 Freedom Hall Civic Center Johnson City, TN. They delivered a two hour concert and were just as strong on the last song as they were on the first. Firefall opened for them. I still have the 🎟

Glad you are discovering Heart Jay they were my sisters favorite band of all time! My best advice is to do all their big hits from the 70s (they had alot) because those have the most vitality. The 80s songs arent bad just because they have so much talent but they got older and changed to suit the times; basically 80s rock didnt have the same hard hitting edge the 70s did.
