Love this. Just got my Mk II (cause who can afford an 808) yesterday and can’t wait to dig into it. Played around with it a little bit last night and love it so far.
Great video. One question though. About random function. So let's say I utilize random feature (not probability). And I hear something useful. Is it possible to somehow "store" that into the sequencer itself and further edit it? Or at least, when random is enabled is it possible to record midi out of that "random" into a sequencer. So if i stumped on something interesting, it's being recorded into my sequencer and I can take it out for further editing or playing. Is that possible? Like I have TR-8S and they have function called "Generate Random pattern" which is quite useful at a times. Thanks and keep up the good work.
Thanks for the kind comments. I think the only way to achieve this would be to record either the midi notes generated or the audio into a DAW like Ableton for example and then extract the parts that you like. If anyone knows a better way of doing it then let me know

This is really helpful, thank you! And nice jam 🔥
Great tutorial and demonstration. Those subtle variations keep things interesting.
Thanks Dave...it is a great unit for live performances
