I need legal help with this process, as I believe the trial judge has no cause for actions taken during the trial as well as in the aftermath of the guilty verdict, when I believe the actions would've merited the case being thrown out or at this point overturning of the verdict. The judge, subjectively opted to deny my 6th Amendment RIGHT to self representation throughout trial, stating an unqualified opinion on record, that I was "showing clear signs of mental illness" but without declaring a doubt proper, nor receiving such a declaration from defense counsel.
