As usual, AG comes to the youtube and rocks. I enjoy and love each video. Each video mostly taught me business than SAP which I badly needed. Thank you so much.
Hi Abdullah ... I would appreciate if you please make a series on the Marginal Analysis related to Manufacturing Process wherein the COGM (Material Costs + Conversion Costs + Over Heads) is included as part of the COGS and eventually show up in the Marginal Analysis .... Much Appreciated ... Thanks
Thanks Galal. It would have been immensely helpful, if you could have shown how a Proft. segment gets created, what it represents (charactersitic combinations), and how it helps retraction of data easy for reporting purposes. for example. if you have combinations of 7 characteristics, forming a profit segment, but you want to aggregate your report only for two characteristics, will there be another set of Prof. seg. combining the two characteristic values.
Profit. Segments are created automatically with the margin analysis posting. When you report on 2 characteristics only , SAP aggregates the numbers on in realtime. No need for another segment
@@AbdullahGalal You are right. Addition of characteristics means transaction data has to be split to such granular level. While client do desire to enable many, periodic allocations to break down the costs to appropriate segments is definitely a task that effects the quality of your reporting. Thanks again.
Hello Abdullah sir I have seen hundreds of SAP FICO videos on RUclips, but I can say the way you explain SAP FI it is the best. I request you to upload more videos on FI modules. :)
Thanks for delivering very good content on the introduction of COPA. As usual, you rock the floor. My basic understanding is that COGS = COGM + Sales & Admin costs. Whereas, in the video Operating expenses of the income statement include sales & admin costs. Then, my COGS definition will be equivalent to COGM, which seems to be illogical. I’m confused over here. Please clarify me.

@@AbdullahGalal so if, i select 40 COPA characteristics like customer, Brand, Brand category, etc, is the PS combination of these 40 Characteristics?
@@hkpadmanabham7859 Yes but I strongly advise not to use a lot of characteristics as this has a huge impact on the number of entries :)

You know you're an SAP nerd when you see Abdullah's initials at the bottom-right corner and automatically think "sold-to party"
exactly 😁
Whenever I use a testing server now I find people using AG everywhere! use your own initials 😂
