22:30 Found this in an article . "1988 In fact, peanut butter brands were among one of the first major products to transition to plastic jars, creating a ripple effect in the food industry. It started in 1988 with Best Foods deciding to put Skippy peanut butter in a plastic jar, saying consumers liked it more."
While Eleven is inside NINA they're playing security footage from Hawkins Lab 1979 to help trigger her memories from that time. She got a burst of energy but her powers haven't fully returned yet. It did show her that Brenner's procedure is working so she's reluctantly staying to get her powers back because her friends need her.
Remember that in the first episode with Nancy we saw her rearranging the layout for a newspaper page, demonstrating she has an excellent eye for shapes and arrangement.
In the words of Chuck Yeager, "Any landing that you can walk away from is a good landing. If you can use the vehicle again the next day it was an excellent landing."
Eleven looks like a stormtrooper in her new lab outfit, thus, continuing all the Star Wars references, LOL! Paul Reiser in Stranger Things and now Nina...Is Stranger Things just an alternate universe of The Boys? LOL!
I like the new 'split' editing with the screen and the subtitles, Im sure it's a lot more work, but it's a lot better for the viewers, thanks. Oh and p.s. let Madison know that because of Ashley from The Boys, every time there's a tense scene and she twirls her hair, that's basically what Im thinking about lmao, just don't pull it out lol
Maybe Joyce and Murray are somewhere worse? - Trapped in a plane with Yuri is definitely worse. :) The pen - Although it turned out to be right, I don't get why the fact that the pen didn't write, instantly tipped off Mike that there was something special about it. Ball point pens drying up and not writing is a VERY common occurrence. Also, there would be no reason it couldn't have been a fully functional pen AND had the number inside it. Mike unscrews it, and two-part pens typically have quite a bit of space between the ink tube and the barrel, at least enough to wrap a small piece of paper around it. The peanut butter jars - I would have bet money that they were plastic back in the 80s, but according to the net, they didn't switch to plastic until 1988.
The number was just a mistake it wasn’t an important detail😭 I think they reshot it bc some people had the same subtitles for what wills said and some had different
I think I read somewhere that the number on the paper was for some promotional thing with certain people, but I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with any plot or anything. Just another easter egg for something.
Papa returns. Murray continues to be one of the best characters. And Will continues waving around NEON RED SIGNS that he likes Mike and most people remain oblivious.
Everyone ignores Dusty eating a dry pancake topped with a piece of bacon.. with his hands lol. Also, when you guys are done with episode 7, DON'T watch any trailers for part 2, they all give too much away.

When they phoned the modem and you thought it was Morse code because you didn’t recognize it, I suddenly felt very old. LOL

Just checked. The number Mike read out was the same one that was on the paper. Maybe they went back and fixed it?
