Looks super cool. Models look amazing. Thanks for the brief gameplay.
Glad you like it!
More of this!!!
Explaining so good even a old guy like me could play
Amazing short tutorial, really enjoyed it! I can't wait to get my copy and play some games with you amigo! Lots of success!!!
Thank you, @moshartz 🙌
Looks great, cant wait to give it a spin.
As of yet I haven't acquired a set of the Dead By Lead rules, however it looks like a 'Coffin Lid' character stat control panel that I've recently designed just might work for this set of rules. The panel is in the shape of an old-fashioned coffin lid, it tracts the same information as the character cards and uses spent brass shell casings to tract the ammunition supply. I have already designed this 'Coffin Lid' character stats control panel for the gunslinger games RUTHLESS and Gunslinger's Ball. I plan on marketing these control panels soon, and could post pictures, if there is any interest.
This looks so much fun!
Thanks for checking it out!
Loving that gameplay! I recently got Zombicide: Undead or Alive I have plenty Western themed minis to play with! Just need to buy some appropriate terrain.
Awesome! Thanks for giving it a watch!
At first I thought this was an actual game you could buy in a store. Put a couple of minis and some cardboard houses in a box and you can sell this easily. It’s simple enough to understand and the setting of the wild west is great.
Is the magazine a physical one or only digital? Always tricking living across the pond in Europe, since importing from the US is costly.
There are both physical and pdf options available in the link in the description.
Drawing from a deck for target number for a D12 roll is pretty clever. But then why also numerical modifiers for cover on top of that...?
It's a little extra insurance that you're not relying totally on random card results when tactically seeking out cover.
I'm just trying to understand what Blaster is, and ehat volume 5 means..
There is literally nothing on Google when i search for it, and barely any videos except this one describing anything about it..
What about volume 1-4? Is it just different units, but same system, same game, or is every volume a different game? Where do we get the minis, etc..
BLASTER magazine was a former anthology miniatures gaming magazine. Starting with Volume 5 - the current issue - the magazine will be more focused on single rulesets/upcoming authors.... Everything you need to play is contained within this one issue. As for miniatures, the game is "miniature agnostic". Use whatever models you would like. If you would like the "official" Skull Forge models designed for the game, check out their patreon at the link shared. www.patreon.com/skullforgestudios
Can you explain the flipping cards to determine a target number for shooting? Do you take the higher of the two? What does this represent or what does it add to the game system to have a random target number?
You take the highest result unless you draw doubles, in which case you combine their value.
You draw a single card against targets without cover, two against targets with standard cover, and three against targets with very heavy cover. It's just simple statistics. The better your cover (i.e. the number of cards you draw), the higher the chance for it to be a harder shot.
Is that a 24"x24" board?
It's a 3' x 3' actually
cool game
Thank you!
Where can we buy the figures if we don't have Patreon?
They are available on my publisher's website!

Where did you get the buildings?
As mentioned at the end of the video; all the buildings in this tutorial came from our friends over at Things From The Basement
