Mep-002a walk around

Bought a government liquidation. Com mep-002a generator in auction operating condition unknown cleaned the fuel tank with electrolysis. l upgraded the fuel filters to screw on style. started right up!

You said that there were screens in the fuel pumps? Also what did you do to clean the actual fuel tank?

I removed the tank and I used electrolysis method but if you got some spare money you can use vaporust instead. Yes the 3 pack of fuel pumps have screens in the bottom. Just quarter turn the cap and they come right off.

@@MrImhotep2287 just remember to keep your electrode clean. May have to clean it every hour depending on how bad the tank is. Once you see the amps on the power supply going low it needs to be cleaned. Also make sure your polarity is correct. Most important is use the correct soda! I think it's washing soda u need.
