I love what you're doing. Got back into upholstery after having a run a few years ago. I always said I do "Lite" upholstery....it ended up always being more than that. In any case, I'm dreaming about taking your class, but one does have one's REAL job to think of. Again....such a funky little idea! I too live in MN and I'm figuring a way to take the morning class although I sure love your patient style!
