Nagsasagawa na ng pre-emptive evacuation ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Marikina City sa mga residente malapit sa ilog.
Sa gitna ito ng patuloy na pagtaas ng tubig sa Marikina River dahil sa mga pag-ulang dulot ng bagyo.
