This show was SO good. Well-directed, well-acted, casting perfection and those sets and costumes! But, truth be told, without Eva Green, i wouldnt have loved it so much. She is fantastic.

Actually the Treadaway in Attack the Block and The Rise is Harry's twin brother Luke Treadaway. Harry has been in The Lone Ranger, Honeymoon, Pelican Blood, Cockneys vs Zombies, various plays etc. He and Luke starred together in Brothers of the Head and a play called Over There.

Penny dreadful is one of the smartest decisions Josh Hartnett’s agent ever made. He’s a good actor, but prior to that his projects in my opinion were not that good.
season one faults were the demons I think the budget seems great but the demons wernt impressive at all, sometimes it felt like there was an underworld feel to it and even a teen wolf feel considering the obvious budget it shouldn't be anything less then those 2 films/series, i just think trying to classiclise the show may be too classic and boring and annoying at the same time, also season 2 the transgender was completely unnecessary its no guess as to did those things happen in those days and even now but I doubt someone as good looking as Dorian would ever go there so kind of ridiculous, and also the witches were also to classical and tacky the main which is also a bad actress as well as annoying, probably could've been better with gypsy witches and there caravans to be honest anyhow just saying because I love the show :)
