The look is great. The rear shocks aren’t really a upgrade. The reason is the leaf springs are stiffer then the shocks. That means the shocks are just going for a ride.
Bit of a late comment, but I assume you can adjust the height on these for a more drift oriented build right? Also I plan on building mine up as a little drift dually. I already have an idea on how to do it, so wish me luck lol.
the leaf spring holds the diff in place if you can replace it with like a rod link its possible to remove it and just use the shocks, this is a good idea btw thanks 😁
NEED HELP WITH MY D12: I upgraded my D12 to all metal chassis, 370 motor and metal trans and upgraded suspension. If I put any kind of load on the motor, either the radio completely loses its signal to the truck (headlights flash) until I re-bind OR the truck suddenly loses signal until I stop the load w/o making me re-bind It does not do this at all if I have no load on the truck by holding it off the ground. This is real annoying and I'm wondering if I was supposed the remove the capacitor off the old 260 motor and solder it onto the 370? Any ideas why it's doing this? BTW... I'm asking this question on several D12 videos so sorry if you see my question elsewhere. I'll try to remove it when this issue is resolved.
Im not sure about your issue. But since you replaced only the motor and trans it may be an issue between your receiver+esc since its still stock. Might not be compatible to the motor. Try to put back the stock motor and see if working properly if yes then its probably the new motor
Well, the motor and trans are sold as D12 upgrade, so I can't imagine it not working on this platform, but you're right. It will be one of the things I try if I don't find a fix elsewhere. Thanks for your thoughts. @@gnrcfilms
ini rc emang lagi fenomenal baik di indonesia maupun mancanegara, dan asyik banget kayaknya ya om di oprek oprek. mantep banget

I think the shocks are adjustable so you can make them stiffer, I believe some have a nut you can screw up and down to your preferred stiffness/height
Not how resistance works but sure
That’s not how it works
You can pull out the coil spring and just leave the shock
Hey thats a good idea! I will try that 🤙 thank you
@@gnrcfilms yea tgat way it wont be so stiff and it will look super scale
Where's the part where you install the front springs?
I like the front bumper a lot, where did you get that?
Its 3d printed 😁 check thingiverse under "WPL D12" for the file, its free 🤙

E for Awsome..A for hand brake trigger for acceleration ahaaa...cool man just wondering what scale dis is ???
This is 1/10 scale 😁
Can you ditch the rear leaf springs and just use the shock springs? My D12's rear leafs seem too stiff and I have those exact shocks on order.

2:18 wheer is the link, or name of these!!! thank you so much!

Will the m-chassis tires fit w/o modifications around the fender area? And also on the rear?
Yes, depends how wide is your 5to12mm adapter which I forgot to mention in the video 😅
Nice video 👍👏
Thank you 🙏
How did you fit the rims ? Tamiya rims fit to all the 1/10 rc cars but the wpl d12 has thinner axle.
Hi.Do the wheels bolt straight on,or did they need an adapter of some sort?
What nut do you use to hold the wheel in place?
